Food is well cooked and delicious and normally have a decent time with this Mcdonald’s but today was not the case. Today we were unfortunately given MARTHA to take our order and she was rude from the get go. When we tried to order she wasn’t very nice but sometimes people have their moments so we didn’t think much of it, but when we asked if we could order a second order she cut us off and yelled at us rudely and said “NO YOU CAN’T, PULL TO THE FIRST WINDOW FOR YOUR TOTAL” she never gave us the option of ordering more food on the first order. We pulled around to the first window and were greeted by someone who was NOT the rude employee we had an encounter with. The lady at the first window was extremely nice and I wish I would’ve gotten her name, she’s from North East Tennessee. We pulled to the next window and were greeted by another nice lady who was NOT martha. We got our drinks and told to pull up and wait just a moment for our food, so we did. We thought that was it but we were wrong. Guess who they sent out? The extremely rude lady we had that encounter with while ordering. We asked if we could speak to a Manager and she proceeded to ask what our name was and then walked off and came back maybe a couple minutes later and told us it would by like 10 minutes before walking away from us and when we asked her what her name was she never looked at us and just yelled MARTHA while her back was turned towards us and walking away and back into the restaurant. I understand people have bad days and their moments but this was just completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I don’t believe someone who behaves in this unprofessional manner should be in a position where they are dealing with the public. MARTHA SHOULD NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE PLUBIC, unless you want to run business away from this Mcdonald’s. Also please stop putting rude people to take the order and then really nice people at the window. They probably take so much crap and hell from people, when MARTHA or people like MARTHA are the ones...
Read moreMy experience on Tuesday April 4th 2023 at 5:00 pm was a complete joke! I love this McDonald’s normally and the staff is great other than the manager working that evening. It was a simple issue if he had lost the attitude and actually tried to resolve this very simple $8 order. What happened was this, I placed an order on the mobile app which I do once a week normally. I always do curbside and I never have any issue whatsoever. This day however the app decided to change or there was a glitch. I got to the restaurant and my order had checked out it was deducted from my bank account but there was no option to check in and no code. We simply went to the drive through and explained our small dilemma. We were told to come to the window and show my phone so we did. That’s when the manager came over and partially hung out of the window, looked at my phone and said “ that hasn’t processed “ in fact it did so I showed my bank app where it was deducted and the McDonald’s app also said TODAYS order but he insisted it said “ favorites” which was a total different column. Can’t read I guess. Then said there’s nothing we can do for you he told me to get a bank statement then come back…. What??? So we went inside where he refused to see us and had the other manager whom was very professional talk to us and all the while my order was right there. What a complete joke of a manager to insist “ there is nothing we can do for you and go get a bank statement “ are you kidding?? Read moreFirst off I would like to say I go to McDonald’s all the time and get this drink the exact same way at the McDonald’s in Fort Payne location to be exact. I was under the impression that McDonald’s did their food and drinks the same way across the board so you can go to McDonald’s and know you will get your food or drink fixed the same way all the time. I was wrong and was told so tonight by some pretty rude lady up front gthat this store only puts 1 M meaning the shape of the letter M of Carmel in the Large Carmel Frappes at this location and only 2 M’s when you pay for extra Carmel at this location which is less then a normal Carmel Frappe at any other location I have ever been to on the planet obviously there is a cheapskate behind this somewhere because the lady made it very clear that this store only does it that way period and would have to pay 25c more for each additional M of Carmel which don’t sound like a big deal but when you don’t have anything but your phone left on you it’s game over and explained that to her only for her to say sorry 25c or sorry about your luck buddy which I’m not paying 25c for one M of Carmel at that place will not be returning but think that it should be put on the sign that you only put so much Carmel on the drink especially when you’re paying for extra!!
