Biscuitville — Restaurant in Raleigh

I am beyond disappointed. As always I come to this biscuitville everyday at this location or the one on 401 which Ms. Annie manages Every Sunday morning before church I bring my sons for breakfast however, this morning was beyond disturbing. I came in the same way I always come in on the drive thru line and was told I could not be serviced and would have to get off the line and get back onto the line. I am a medical doctor in this area for over 20 years and that is how long I have been coming thru even before I had my 3 sons. I have many staff members that work at my practice which does the same. I’ve seem many changes in staff and management. But thru it all I have remained faithful. With that being said, there is no sign stating there is only one way to enter and place an order. People always come in the same way that I come in everyday however, my sons and I was refused service this am at this location. In addition, a man knocked on my window and it caused me to get out in order to protect my sons. Also, another man I noticed was speaking to someone on the inside telling someone the color of my car and license place among stating that I was black. So, disturbing b/c my sons and I are black foot Indian. Since race and other things caused this uncalled event this morning we will never return to this location but from know on go directly to the 401 location. I can say that Rico and Damien are the most kind individuals we could have ever met at this location. It would be a welcome opportunity to hire you both into the medical field at my practice were everyone (staff and patients) are treated with respect. Our order should have been taken and not refused. You never refused children from eating without having two ways to enter to process an order. Staff members need to be fired! I should have waited for the cops to come...

I really only gave y'all 2 stars because of the food since the attitudes of these employees if a mess. I actually attempted to call the store twice immediately after my visit.  However, now I'm even more upset! This woman working the drive thru at 10:59 am when I came through attitude was disgusting.  I guess she had heard me say "she ain't have to get an attitude.  all i did was ask a question." She started slamming stuff, including my drink and food.  But then when she gave me my drink (a large sweet tea) there was no ice in it and when I asked for extra seasoning (which I asked for when I was ordering food) she slammed the window.  Worse part is this is not the first bad experience I've had with service at this location.  But if they don't get their nasty attitudes together I promise, no matter how good the food is, I will not continue to eat there.  I'm so mad because of her pettiness I spilled sweet tea all over myself trying to add ice because she too childish to work fast food.  As someone who has worked in restaurant industry I can understand being busy but being busy should not equate attitude.  I've emailed y'all before about poor customer service so at this point I think I'm just going to save my money and energy and go somewhere where I'm appreciated. **Edit corporate contacted me n I came back yesterday. Best experience ever! Perfect food, perfect service. N it appears they got rid of stink tude from last time. Have to give y'all sooner more stars. Huge...

Always wanted to visit Biscuitville because my friends has been suggesting it for the past 2 years now and I am glad I did. Starting with the staff: They were training a new employee when we were ordering but the management was very polite about it and apologized even though we had no issue with it. They took our orders patiently and before we reach our seats our sandwiches were ready! It's amazing how fast their service was. The food: I got the Hot honey chicken sandwhich and my partner received the egg and cheese sandwhich. We both enjoyed our food but when I ordered the hot honey chicken biscuit I thought it would be warm/hot honey but it was spicy honey but now I know 😅. The drive is was crazy packed so we chose inside and there were plenty of seating available. However, the good we good was not hot as the chicken tenderloin was cold ish so that's the only reason I am taking off a star. Other than that it was really good, the price wasn't as high I thought it was really affordable. I like the idea of Biscuit Window...
