ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered an item on online and used their curbside pickup option as was offered on their website. When I arrived in front of Vitamin Shoppe I called to let them know I had arrived to pickup my item. There were 3 customers inside so I gave them time to handle customers. I called once customers left to let them know I had arrived,NO ANSWER. Waited a few minutes still no customers, NO ANSWER. Called a few more times no one picked up 📱. By now I EXTREMELY😠😠😠😠 Because I have mobility issues and can not stand on my feet for long periods of time. I take my time go inside and store employee asked if she could help. I asked her if they offered curbside service, she said yes. I told her I had an online order and tried to call multiple times to let the store know I was there to pickup. Store employee said "PHONES WERE NOT WORKING AND SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING" She went and got my item handed it to me, no apologies nothing. I took the item that she handed me and left. LET TO ME CAREFULLY PEOPLE. Don't go to this location. I've already let my family members no about my experience and I will be contacting corporate. VITAMIN SHOPPE you lost a lot of customers You want see me and my family at this...

I am a young professional on my way to the gym. I was stocking up on protein bars and shakes like I always do. A customer associate by the name of “Diamond” saw me waking with many items and instead of asking if I needed any help or was done shopping she said “I can check you out right here”. Mind you, I always nowhere near the cashier. I understand loss prevention tactics as I am a business owner myself in California, but there is a fine line with that and being overly hostile and aggressive and having basic customer service skills and decorum. I will be filing a report with corporate - Diamond does not need to be screaming at customers across the store and dive in before the door because her own paranoia tells her someone is a potential thief. I was dressed so nicely with designer sweatpants, shirt, jacket and $800 sneakers. She could be a little more discriminate with whom she pounces on.
