Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Raleigh

I've gone to this location a lot over the years but I won't be back being I used to live close by and grew up here. The time before today I didn't feel welcome and I was embarrassed by the cashier today. The person who made my bagel today wasn't polite. I've never been so humiliated checking out at a place before. My phone accidentally scanned when I was waiting for him to ring up my bagel and coffee. I didn't even know it had done anything being that he hadn't completed ringing up my food. Then I told him I wanted to use my reward for coffee which he said okay but didn't do anything immediately and my total was still both items so I scanned my rewards again, thinking the first time hadn't gone through. I said the total was more than it should be, he said it was bc he hadn't put in my free coffee yet. Then he told me my total and stood there like he was waiting for me to do something else so since I wanted to use the money on my account I scanned again being that he didnt say anything or ask if I wanted to pay with the money on my account. After scanning 3rd time bc I didnt know, he laughed and then told me I didn't need to continue to scan, that I've scanned 3 times so I've logged in 3 times and it's messing things up. I was so embarrassed, then the customer behind me said "I'm simple, I'm just paying with cash". I hesitated going to this location this morning because of how the last experience there was so after today I definitely will not go back to their...

We walked into the store and there was one customer ahead of us. We ordered a few bagels and patiently waited. Meanwhile, the coffee was empty and we were told it would be ready in 5 minutes. After asking twice in the span of 20 minutes, the coffee finally came out. Our bagels soon followed. Each bagel was made incorrectly. We ordered a basic bagel with jalepeno cream cheese. The bagels had bacon in them. Not sure how you can mess up a simple bagel and cream cheese order, but they did. On top of that, we observed them giving other customers there order. They would put the bag over their little window just for them to fall on the floor in front. Not sure how these employees are trained but if this is how they are with no one in the store, I would never come back during peak crowd times. Go to another location if you want your bagels. We finally got our correct bagels...

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience. I ordered two siracha honey sunrises and after eating the first, I began eating the second but pulled the bread open to add more cream cheese (as I always buy a tub of their honey siracha cream cheese to add extra). I found the bacon alarmingly uncooked. I am 5 months pregnant and can not eat uncooked meat so this was very disconcerting. I pulled the bacon off to eat just the sandwich before realizing I ate bacteria that it touched. I'm very disappointed because I am a big fan of brueggers bagels. The customer service was good. However, this is unacceptable. I will not be returning here even post-pregnancy. I will keep others updated on if baby and I needed to see a doctor after eating what I assume are two bacteria infested, uncooked, bacon...
