Went to Burger King today and order an Angry Whopper combo. As I was eating it, I noticed a piece of the meat was pink and so I take off the bun and sure enough, it was pink. I stop eating and take up my unfinished burger up to the front cashier. I wait so no one else can hear what I am about to say, b/c I didn't want to embarrass the King...anyhow, I show my burger to the cashier, and tell her it looks red..she says that I ate most of the burger and she cant do anything.. I ate just a little of half of my burger(60%) to be more exact. So she tells me that I can call the 800 number or call back tomorrow and they can reimburse me my money. Cool... So I go back to my seat and finish my fries. I take some pics of the burger with my phone and then I notice I don't have the 800 number...so i go back to the front cashier to ask her for it. As I am up there she asks me What do you need? I told her I need the 800 number and she goes to find it. When she comes back, she tell me to call the store tomorrow and talk to the manager. I tell her okay and I ask her again, You really didnt think my burger looks red. She then says No...Red is like on the BK bag...and then I'm like okay...I mean Pink...the burger looks pink..and then she replies No... Okay...so I tell her I'll call the store tomorrow. Whatever.. So I go to the restroom to wash my hands and when i come out, I hear her talking with a customer about me. She's all making me sound like I cant speak English(b/c I am Asian) and laughing about it...so I walk around the corner and I tell her she need to stop talking about me...before I leave the restuarant. I tell her that I was trying to be nice, and then She tells me shes gonna call the police....HAHA...OMG..I tell her go AHead...So I leave...What a bad experience...and i hate typing...Tayesha..you're a...
Read moreUpdate: I placed an online order through Grubhub (not knowing they would send it here) for the new Train Your Dragon Meal. The bun was very dry. The sandwich had 5 slices of tomato which made the sandwich very wet and sloppy. The 3 mozzarella sticks were thin and the breading was soft - no crunch. The strawberry/lemon drink was okay (not something I would ever order separately). Overall this was a waste of my $$. My worst experience at any BK ever. I placed an order though the BK app so it would be ready when I got there. I drove to the BK and pushed the IM HERE button on the app and drove around to the drive-thru ordering station (10:04pm). I sat here for over 5 minutes and was never acknowledged, the speaker never made a sound. I finally pulled around to the window and sat there for over 3 minutes while I watched the 2 girls inside standing at the far side of the front counter talking. Both were wearing headsets for the drive-thru. One finally came to the window and when I told her I had been sitting back there she said: "Oh, yeah' that isn't working." No apology or anything. I then told here I was there to pick up an online order, she turned to the register and printed out a ticket, THEN they started preparing my order. I was already in their lot for 12 minutes at this point, my order had been in their system for almost 20 minutes, and they just started working on preparing it. Worst service ever! My recommendation is to avoid this BK at all costs. About 1/4 mile away you have Wendys, Taco Bell and Cookout which all offer better service then BK. Choose one of them if...
Read moreBk Just writing this feedback form, because it is important that the company, franchisee, as well as general prospective customer-base (posted to google review as well) know about the quality of their restaurant’s service and performance. Arrived at this restaurant 09 13, 07:57 AM. Used a coupon for the order: small hash browns, small coffee (black) and sausage egg and cheese Croissanwich. I’ve had good experiences here before I the evening with a Whopper meal, so wanted to try breakfast (even though it was under a different manager). The manager very politely and thoroughly took my dine-in-order. Then her key employees proceeded to cook my hash browns, prepare my Croissanwich, and provide me with a coffee; all by 08:05 AM. COFFEE: very literally (with one cream and 3 sugars that I mixed myself) the best coffee that I have had (and I frequent Starbucks as well as Dunkin Donuts for comparison) in 4 years. Perfectly brewed. But the '4 years' sums it up. Gonna get kind of redundant it here, because HASH BROWNS: the best that I have had (and I do go to well known diners too) in 4 YEARS… CROISSANWICH: (compare to diners, McDonald’s breakfast sandwiches or even Starbucks)…you guessed it… the best that I have had in 4 YEARS… I’ve never had the pleasure of fast food so not tasting like it was "fast," in preparation, but instead, made exactly like the ingredients were designed to be prepared (for breakfast…their PM manager does wonders with their Burgers)..Kudos to this restaurant and am glad to have you locally in our...
