Rarely stop at this location due to the rude employees and slow service (especially drive thru). Stopped inside around 8:30pm, one customer inside already seated and eating and no one in the drive thru. Sign on the door read about being the restaurant being short staffed and for patrons to be kind and understanding to the employees. The employee who waited on us acted annoyed and rude. I tried being nice, friendly, but his demeanor was very unwelcoming and unfriendly, just stared at us while we ordered. We ordered to go and I asked for BBQ sauce, paid and waited.
The order was made fairly quickly. I checked the bag, no sauce. I repeatedly had to try and get the attention of the employee who was working drive thru since the other employee disappeared. This employee also seemed quite annoyed when I asked him for sauce stating there was none in the bag. He rolled his eyes and pointed to a sign and said, "Sauces are $0.16!". I nicely replied, "ok, but I asked for sauce when I ordered." He checked the register and replied, "oh, guess you did" and threw one sauce on the counter at me. I then said, "Only one? With the three meals I just paid for?". He replied, " Yeah, unless you want to pay $0.16 each for any more!"
I'm sorry, three meals for almost $40.00 and you're going to charge me for additional small cups of sauces. I understand it's the company "policy". But seriously, for what I ordered and the cost of it, a couple of sauces should be included. But, I can get past and understand the sauce charge. However, the rude employees acting as if we were bothering them standing around doing nothing and the attitude I got when I asked for something missing that I paid for and having it thrown at me, ridiculous!
The sign on the door should've said, "Our employees are rude, lazy, don't really want your business and will give you attitude. But, YOU as a patron need to be patient and kind to them! 'You Rule and Have it your way', doesn't apply at this location. It's more like, 'You should feel privileged I waited on you but actually I really just want you as a customer to go away so I can go back to doing nothing but chatting with my fellow employees ".
There are other locations with better service. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Better yet, find another restaurant that will appreciate your patronage, where you'll receive good customer service and won't be treated like...
Read moreAs with most every burger king I go to, the food is better than most places but the service is awful and everyone that works here as well as most BKs looks like they hate their job. Aside of that, I had to park and wait after I ordered my meal when it wasn't busy inside or out. I waited 26 minute's. I remember at the window I asked for ketchup, and didn't even realize until I was too far away that I had none. The lady that handed me my bag didn't offer even a simple apology for the wait, and had a genuinely apathetic look on her face. She didn't care, she just wanted me out so she could get back on with her day working for a job that probably doesn't care a lot about her, thus getting translated to me. I really have to ask myself why so many burger Kings seem like this to me.
What's insane as I prefer their breakfast and lunch food. This is why I generally avoid going to BK. Go to a Wendy's or a McDonalds. They're always smiling, as quick as they can be, and when something goes wrong they own it immediately; they don't wait for you to say something or treat you like a simple number.
The ONLY reason I'm FINALLY leaving this review, is because I am fed up with the years of disappointments at Burger King. It's almost always a stressed or unfriendly face, almost always a long wait, and most orders having something wrong with it. This missing ketchup was more annoying than you think for my 5 year old. I'll also add my sandwiches were clearly slapped together in haste with one of them even having half of the slice of cheese outside the sandwich and stuck to the wrapper; the buns not anywhere near ever with each other and the egg hanging out of the opposite side of the cheese. A genuine Picasso masterpiece.
It's not even that I'm not going back to this Burger King anytime soon, so many of them are like this. Sorry you guys have such great food and such...
Read moreThis burger is the worse when it comes to the employees. The only time I don’t experience that is when the store manager is working she been there for years and gives no issues. I went yesterday because my daughter loves Burger King and this one to be honest. It was around 12 pm yesterday or little after it was raining very hard so we did drive thru let’s just say girl doing drive thru attitude was the worse I didn’t even order. I wasn’t completely to the window because the person in front of me wasn’t pulled up all the way so I didn’t try to order but the girl at the drive they kept saying something so I told her hold on I’m not all the way to the window and it’s raining cats and dogs I didn’t want to be yelling and trying to order. She says “you can come in” but rude . I asked are you all not taking orders at the window she said we are so I left it alone and rolled my window up. When I finally got to the window she didn’t say anything trying to be funny but i tried to let it go. So i said hello. She comes and says how can I help you but very rude . If noted it again and started my order before i could barley get first order out she says I can’t hear you but rude again . I said are you okay she says I’m okay but rudely. I just told her never mind because I’m not spending my money there and she acting like that. I work customer service, so I get both sides and try to be understanding because some people could just be a bad day, and I know it’s shortage right now but at the end of the day this your job do it or go home. Also everybody not just going to drive away like I did people are crazy and will hurt you so people need to be nice or just don’t work customer service . This not the first time either . Only time I don’t have this problem at this Burger King is when the store...
