I have had great experiences at this establishment since they first opened. Everyone is super friendly, they are pretty quick in getting orders out.

Today was different, and I write this review because it needs to be known that this is a problem.

It was very busy today at lunch, as it usually is. The line was so long that it was out of the parking lot and wrapped around to the side road that comes in from Lake Boone. Still, it did go fairly quickly. I put in my order for a chicken wrap combo - so nothing extra special. I got up to the window and was handed my drink, and then I was told to pull around to the front of the building and they would bring my food out.

I'm not the kind of person that throws a fit about having to pull around to the front of an establishment to wait a few - but you absolutely 100% cannot do that to people when your parking lot is so poorly designed that getting in and out of it is a nightmare during peak hours. I pulled out of the driveway, turned left, and had to wait five minutes in a line to even get to the parking lot, then I had to wait to turn in. By the time I was finally able to turn into the parking lot, one of the employees was searching for my car, except I hadn't quite made it in there yet. I got the food from him, and then had to fight my way back out of the parking lot amid the drive-thru traffic, and cars backing out. All-in-all it took about 15 minutes once I left the drive-thru until I was able to get back out of the parking lot to go back to work.

Guys, your parking lot is not designed to tell someone to simply "pull up to the front". You can't easily do that. I'm usually a weekly patron at this establishment because it is so close to work, but I think I'm going to take a long break from...

I don't normally do reviews BUT I feel the need for my experience to be known. I've had issues with getting the correct meals at the drive thru on MULTIPLE occasions. I order the burrito's with NO onions or peppers....at least five times (not even joking between me and my coworker who swap off getting breakfast for each other once a week) The last time I took very special care to let employees know what I was ordering and the amount of issues I've had.....I got them without peppers and onions (I ordered one chicken and one sausage) They got the no peppers and onions correct FINALLY but gave me two sausage ...NOT WHAT I ORDERED. The man at the window dug through the burritoes, held them out to me and said "there are no peppers or onions mam" I said nope but what kind of meat does the label say...OH CHICKEN and we gave you TWO SAUSAGE. I got an apology....the correct food....was late for work...and vowed to not go back. Well I did this morning....I didn't feel like dealing with burritoes...ordered TWO SAUSAGE BISCUIT MEALS.....got to work and low and behold.....TWO CHICKEN BISCUIT MEALS. I am DONE....at least they left off the onions and peppers they were bound and determined I have LOL I'm giving them a 2 Star rating because even though my food is wrong time after time, they always say it's...

I’m not the one to leave a review and I never have. This second time that I have visited this location. Nothing was wrong Before I received my order, the only thing that was missing was my sauce which is printed and labeled onto the front of the bag, which I’ve noticed. I tried to get the young ladies attention that was bagging all of the food who had the very colorful clear glasses. I had at least said ma’am, maybe four or five times even when she had walked past me a couple of times not saying excuse me And had made eye contact wit me, but choose to still not say anything. I just find it very disrespectful that I and several others were not acknowledged. I even tried to get the ladies attention that was at the register when she was not taking any orders and was not heard again. It wasn’t until one of the girls that was doing all of the cleaning, mopping and everything noticed me and asked if I needed anything. Also, the lady next to me did not seem happy at all and said that she was going to end up speaking with the manager and she said that the list just keeps going on….

To note I ordered at 11:42 and didn’t get out of the building...
