i ordered two sandwiches & a drink from this location & i got my sandwiches but never received my drink. i sat down & waited almost 20 minutes for my drink until i got up & went back to the counter. i asked the barista if it was typical to wait that long or if i was just forgotten about. Bea, the barista taking orders, asked me to remind them what i got, i told the order back w/ the receipt in my hand. they recited the recipe to the barista making drinks, andrew. i sat back down & 10 more minutes goes by & i stand up & walk back over & another employee iām assuming a shift leader or MOD ask can they help w/ something. i told them i was waiting on my drink that i had already asked for THE SECOND TIME but at this point iām like yāall arenāt serious right. all the employees gather around looking like mannequins at macys trying to figure out what iām talking about so i just ask for my money back. it took every thing in me to remain calm. i got my money put back on my card which i had taken out to my car during this whole fiasco & the shift lead/MOD states they do returns in the same format paid & canāt just give me the cash out the register. he gave me a $4 coupon for a $6 drink & told me to have a nice day. still⦠no drink!!!!!!! this location & staff are embarrassing. no one remembered my name, my drink, nothing. just left w/ my sandwhiches &...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI know it's late in the day, 4:30p and sometimes baristas don't get paid a lot. That said I walk in I'm standing at the register for over a minute, there are three people behind the counter some of which who look me in the eye, and still stay in their corner talking to each other instead of coming up to ask if I need some assistance. I went over to one I said Is there anybody at the register, one gentleman said I guess I can help you. I put $15 in cash on the card/app and only got five stars... It should have been at least 15 stars because it's one star for each dollar. I gave him a personal cup to get a tall dark roast so that I can get the $0.10 off, he filled the cup gave it to me and didn't discount me the $0.10, when I brought it to his attention he went back and he says "oh I put it in as a store cup instead of personal cup", and then with sort of a smirk on his face he said "Do you really want the $0.10?". I don't blame the staff I blame management for this, culture trickles down from the top and the culture in this place at least at this time of day on this specific day was not customer friendly. Truth be told the energy there seem to be depressing so maybe folks don't like to work at this particular Starbucks. I'm on the road for business so fortunately it's not one that I am going to frequent in the future, if I can help...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere was an unoccupied conference room (2/21). The 2 of us saw a QR code and tried to reserve, It wouldn't allow us to until 2/23. Since no one was using it & it was unlocked, we went in and would leave if a reservation came.
After over half an hour of silence between us, a barista told us we had to leave. We explained the QR situation; she said a reservation is needed or we can reserve it with the manager. We asked to reserve with the manager, then was told the manager was sick... Why even tell us we could reserve with the manager then?
Right as we stepped out, she was ready with the lock. Why wasn't it locked to begin with if the public wasn't allowed to use it?
There is no reason why we couldn't make a res. until 2 days later when it was unoccupied the conference room wasn't locked to begin with they didn't at least kick us out immediately but waited 40m until we were deep in our work told us unless we have an online res. or with the manager we can't be inside then we can't even contact the manager had the door locked right as we stepped foot out when the store was literally empty and no one even used it for the next 3 hours after we were kicked out
You guys don't get paid enough to go through all this nonsense. There should be no issue allowing customers to use the space if it is unoccupied...
