I have been looking for a Med Spa that I could grow to know! Today I had my consultation with Dr Spencer. He took his time, and really made my daughter in law and I feel as if we were his only customer( lobby was full). We plan to try a few of the procedure in the next few months. Going back first for my thread lift, I’m super excited to have found a MedSpa in my new town!

Update!! I had my thread lift today and went shopping immediately after. Dr Spencer also did a Botox eye lift! When I arrived I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk. Dr Spencer was trained by a Beverly Hills Dr on the procedure. I can’t wait to try more from this med spa. I’m pretty critical of places. If I love it, I scream from the roof tops, if I don’t I scream louder. I am super happy with Dr Spencer and his staff. After two visits, I feel like I’m friends with the staff! I will not use any other med spa. I’m going to host a filler and Botox party, want to come?? NuDerma is your new go to beauty secret place. At 55, I already look much fresher and younger. No more AAA card offers for this...

The staff are always friendly and has a great down-to-earth sense of humor. Dr Spencer’s the best. Let’s me ask tons of questions and patiently answers without tiring. Super knowledgeable, honest and skilled. If you don’t need the procedure (like my midlife crisis tells me I need) He will definitely explain everything to what happens to your skin and such and such and talk you to a better solution or/and options So in short your money will be well spent. He works real quick, hands are real light and graceful like nothing happened. Been here 3 times and they have been super consistent. I can’t even look at Groupon anymore for spa work. I can’t go anywhere else. And they don’t try to reschedule or sell stuff like a used car salesmen. I like not being haggle for appointments. I am disappointed to say the least. Ashley is phenomenal and every time I have had an appointment with her she is nothing short of amazing, however, yesterday I met with Stephen Spencer for the first time and went back in again today because my lips were swelling (what I thought to be an abnormal amount - now I understand from speaking with another doctor that this is common) after getting lip fillers and instead of trying to help and reassure me that this was normal he was condescending and belittling and spoke to me with complete disrespect. There are right and wrong ways to address customers who are feeling a little nervous after a procedure and he talked to me like I was stupid. If you are going here to get a procedure that will involve Ashley or Sydney I recommend it but go somewhere else if it requires an appointment...
