Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Raleigh

Every single thing about my order was wrong.

Before I get to that, I’d like to point out that I waited 30 minutes on a typically not busy hour in line for my food, and when I got to the window, waited another 10 minutes. They were also out of Mac and Cheese and Chick Fil A sauce.

I ordered a #1 deluxe on a multigrain bun with a Powerade and fries and a 3 piece strip and another #1 deluxe order with a lemonade. The Powerade was so watered down I had to throw it away. The lemonade was abnormally sweet and was full of pulp. The “deluxe sandwich” I always get was instead just a grilled chicken filet with a bun in a package. The strips were as small as the nuggets, I wouldn’t be surprised if they just battered some nuggets in the strip batter and called it a day. The fries were fresh, but tasted like soap or freezer burn. The other #1 deluxe was fine, except the buns were not toasted and had no butter.

I wouldn’t be so disappointed and dissatisfied if I didn’t already hold Chick-fil-A to a high standard; I used to work at Chick Fil A in the kitchen and I know how things should be. This particular establishment falls far below par. 0/10 experience, will not be...

Today, I went over to Chick Fil-A to get me something to eat. When I saw the billboard stating, "It's Nugget Night," asked the guy named Josiah about what night was Nugget Night. He, on the other hand, told me that this restaurant doesn't have a specific night for Nugget Night. They also weren't sure which other Chick Fil-A locations have Nugget Night nor do they have discounts, but that billboard should not be posted if this restaurant doesn't have a specific night or any discount for Nugget Night whatsoever. I'm just telling the truth like it is. If you don't believe me, then whatever yourselves trying to trick the wrong person. So I ordered a four-piece chicken tenders with a regular sized waffle fries and a cup of water. I was getting ready to go to the other side to get my order before he even told me to take my receipt over there, which I was if he would give me time to go over there. I was in town this past Saturday for an R&B concert and came here with my sister to order some food before getting ready for the concert. Overall the food was good. However, out of all the Chick Fil A's I've ever been to, as far as customer service and satisfaction I have to sadly say this was the worst one. It was a busy Saturday afternoon so I can understand being tired but once they handed me my food I stood there in the corner near the counter hoping someone would come by and assist me. I stood there I know a good 5 minutes and the employees acted as if they didn't see me, except one young lady who did come by and ask what was wrong. I just wanted to know if they had buffalo sauce dip because they put 3 packs of hot sauce in my food bag but she told me they were out of those for now. I appreciate her answering my question but really? I've NEVER been to a Chick Fil A where they run out of the dipping sauce for their nuggets/chicken strips! LOL...
