Worst customer service experience ever!
I visited on a Sunday, which I understand is typically a busy day at the mall, but absolutely nothing can justify a 28 minute wait for just three simple dosas.
During this time, only about three other customers placed orders after me. When I politely inquired about the delay, the staff at the counter were shockingly rude, dismissive, and even lied, claiming they had informed me about a wait time when the order was placed - which they absolutely had not.
In contrast, McDonald's and other restaurants right next door had queues nearly five times longer but were managing orders far more efficiently.
All I was expecting was a simple acknowledgment of a lapse in customer satisfaction. A quick "sorry for the wait" would’ve gone a long way. But instead, I was met with attitude, denial, and complete disregard for basic courtesy.
The staff here clearly lack basic customer service skills and are in serious need of training, especially in a fast-paced food court setting with high foot traffic.

Read moreExtremely rude staff avoid going here. I called around 2pm to place my order. I’m talking on the phone and he is saying nothing. I ask are you there and he says yeah yeah yeah. I’m so confuse I placed my order... and I said do you need anything else can I pay and he told me no call back in 5 minutes. I said what I’m placing an order I’m in the food court. He then YELLS at me on the phone that it is busy he can’t talk to me and I ask is there anyone else there that can take my order or help maybe a manager and he said no one I can’t speak to no one for help. Read moreFood industry is a such a wonderful service where welcoming your customers happily is very key and valuable!! We had quite such an opposite experience where one of the staff was so grumpy, unhappy to my wife and also for all the customers who came. Some customers who were trying to know what different options were, she was like giving such an unhappy reaction like (why do you even come here, you are not going to buy anyhow)!!
Sorry but if people don’t want to welcome the customers happily or hate doing the job then they shouldn’t even be working or given an opportunity!
No matter how great quality food you cook or how tastier they are, if the customers are not happy they are not going to be satisfied with your food!!
So please educate your staff to be nice and happy so that your service will make a big difference and your customers will be happy!
