I honestly do not know why this place is still standing I went here to pick up some breakfast for me and a fellow friend yesterday I decided to utilize the drive-thru I specifically asked for two sausage egg and cheese croissants so the young lady who was the operator on the other end of the intercom she proceeded to tell me that they don't have any croissants so for a moment I sat there and waited in silence anticipating what she would offer me as a substitution to the croissants after about a good 2 minutes I realized that the silence was going to continue unless I asked another question so I proceeded to ask her what other substitutions do you have to replace the croissant then she proceeded to tell me that the only thing they have is everything bagels now I have been a member in a fan of Dunkin donuts since I was a little boyI am born and raised up north New Jersey so I never converted to Starbucks never care for Starbucks and tell this day I still don't spend my money at Starbucks Dunkin donuts is still number one to me but for the first time in my life I have found a Dunkin donuts that I will be sure to never ever return to again the customer service was at an all-time low the actual service was at an all-time low these people had nothing in stock even when it came to donuts I don't know if the manager is slacking on properly making truck orders or if they are short-staffed but whatever it is that is going on on the inside it is definitely showing from the outside I will never attempt to spend another dime at this particular Dunkin donuts again very dissatisfied if I could my rating would be no Stars versus the one star I gave. And somebody also need to train that little girl in drive-thru because she don't know how to close a sale to save her life. had this would have been another customer she probably could have secured the sale by properly and quickly offering that everything bagel at the same time that she was aware that she was letting the customer down by letting them know that they were all out of croissants. That's what we called...
Read moreI felt very uncomfortable at this establishment from the start and was tempted to leave empty handed but my kids were excited to be there but even they noticed this place had horrible sanitation. For starters it was full of flies and this is not an understatement they were everywhere and the donuts are not enclosed. So we ruled out the option of getting donuts. So all 4 of us decided to taste a flavor and there was an empty silver cannister on top of the icecream display so I asked the employee if it was for used sample spoons and he held the can out for us to put them in. He the emptied them in the trash and put the empty cannister back on the counter. Curious, I asked if that cannister was intended to be used for the used spoons he said no but it was ok because he needed to clean it anyway. That was alarming but what happened shortly after will have me never ever buying icecream there again rethinking eating out period, we can safely eat icecream at home. After serving us our icecream he fills the cannister we just put our dirty spoons in with clean long stem icecream spoons without so much as rinsing it off. There was a girl working the drive through who was off to the side texting while biting on her finger nail. I believe their score was an 88 i see why now. I could go on but I suppose this could happen anywhere dealing with employees who could careless about anything but their paycheck. However the management needs to set standards and get the place cleaned up. Label the cannisters and was them there were 2 and both looked to dirty to contain clean utensils. Enclose the donuts. Get a blwwr for the drivethru to keep the flies out....
Read moreNo service, rude management. I sat in the drive thru at the speaker for minimum 15 minutes with no communication. No cars in the lot and there was only one car at the window, so I chose to wait a bit at the speaker, it was 7:20 pm. However after the only customer left, and still no response at the speaker for a while, I pulled around to find the doors locked and a woman standing behind the counter who just looked at me and did nothing The store was open with no sign or notation that the store was closed at the moment or on break. At this point I gave up on trying to get any service at this location and did something I've never done before, called to complain because I was annoyed. I spoke to the manager who told me the speaker at the drivethru was broken and so it's not their problem they do not know when a customer arrives. I said there could be a sign saying so, and he told me well I could have come around to the front. I told him I did and that the door was locked and the girl at the counter was standing there watching me and did nothing. He said well if I didn't have anything else, he had stuff to do, bye and hung up on me. I will admit I was annoyed and did say I was no longer surprised they didn't have any other customers there, but this was after he chose tell me its not his problem if customers cannot be served there. Clearly this is not a place to go if you want to order anything. I'm not looking for free things or make anyone bend over backwards, but a simple "we're sorry about that, we'll make sure people know the drivethru is broken" would have been sufficient. Will not return and would advise everyone...
