How is this company even run??
First of all, you can't even submit a customer complaint through their website. The links just open a new tab to make an order. There are no ways to communicate complaints, so here I am.
This store has been open for a few weeks now and the location still isn't an option on the marco's app. I tried again today on the website, and it was there, yay!!
Wrong. I placed an order for delivery, and we were sent a confirmation email. When we go to try tracking it on the website or app, it tells us the order isn't on our account and signs us out.
Having no way to track it, we called the store. They inform us 'yeah, our system's been kind of broken the past couple of days, we're not seeing it...' so then we drive over there to show them the confirmation email, and the pizzas are already made! That's great, except I ordered delivery - can I get my delivery fees back? They tell me 'no, our only manager is out delivering pizzas right now and we're not sure when he'll be back, we can't do any refunds ourselves.'
How does this make ANY sense???? Why are teenagers being left to run a store when they don't even have the permissions to OPERATE? Is the manager the only one with a driver's license?? How is this good business?? They told us 'we'll talk to him about it later, hopefully you'll see a refund on your account within the next couple days.' HUH??????
I need this fixed- now. I freaking love your pizzas out of all the franchises, but I swear I will never bother ever again after this debacle. This is completely absurd. Making it this difficult to contact support with how broken your website is makes it seem like the company, as a whole, doesn't care at all...
Read moreI don’t typically leave negative reviews, so I feel really bad about this one, but here goes… The pizza is delicious, HOWEVER… THE WORKERS DO NO WEAR GLOVES!!!!!!! The first night I saw this, there were 6 people on shift and not a single one had on gloves. The worker that rang me up had an apron with dough and sauce everywhere (implying he’d been cooking) yet while sweating, he rubbed his hands through this dark colored hair about 3 times or more while servicing me. No hair nets, no gloves. I let it go and vowed to not eat here again, however in a pinch for dinner I ordered here again telling myself “Maybe it was just that shift manager” and literally the same thing. NO ONE wears gloves!! I had to literally ask “Are you guys out of gloves?” to which the cashier never responded but instead walked over to one of the guys making pizza and whispered something. The worker then stopped, wiped his hands on his pants, and went to grab gloves while a second worker continued on without gloves. Their customer service is good, the pizza is good, but because this is a business, GLOVES ARE NONNEGOTIABLE. If they start wearing gloves, I’ll definitely be back, but until then I’ll have to...
Read moreI’ve had nothing but great service since this location has opened. Food is always hot and on time. My job orders from here as well, so it’s great that there’s one local now to avoid going all the way to Morrisville. The staff is friendly and the quality is always there. I’ve had no problems with this location to report what so ever, but this review is from my personal experience after eating from this restaurant more than 5 times. In a world where people have one bad experience and immediately take it out in a review, it’s hard to gauge the real pros and cons. If there was even one good part in your transaction such as the customer service or cleanliness of the establishment, that should be noted as well so that people reading reviews get a real understanding of your whole experience and not just when you’re upset because every business has something in place to rectify problems or concerns. It’s a privilege just to even have most places like this available locally with business downsizing these days. Let’s give people at least a pinch of the credit...
