Once we agreed, they reached into their network to secure contractors that would meet the necessary timing and quality standards. It was Gardner who met them at the property and gave appropriate instructions and called them back to correct any items not up to the necessary standard. This alone was priceless! In addition, a member of their team was at every showing to ensure they could provide information on the spot and escort potential buyers on walking or ATV tours of the property.
