Swung by Pocket Bros today kinda spontaneously. First thing I really liked — they have the menu posted right on the front window, so you can check it out while standing outside. Makes it super easy to know what you want before even walking in, so you don’t hold up the line.

The place was pretty empty when I went, but it was around noon on a Saturday, so maybe just early. I ordered their biggest bowl — the one with a mix of everything. I don’t remember the exact name, but it had salmon, tuna, and I asked them to add mango too.

I got the Johnny Utah with greens and brown rice as the base, spicy salmon and a few extra toppings. I found it overall bland and mushy. The spicy salmon was not very flavorful nor spicy, the avocado sub par, and the greens and toppings didn't seem that fresh. I didn't notice the OG sauce, and had to add soy sauce—they don't toss anything with sauce like other places do, it's just drizzled on at the end, and I think it suffers for that. The Sriracha aioli was a bit much, and just made everything mayonnaise-sloppy without much Sriracha flavor. I ended up with extra edamame and cucumbers left in my bowl. And they use non-compostable plastic packaging.
