Starbucks — Restaurant in Raleigh

This new Starbucks opening in the area is a welcomed addition, although a much different experience from any other Starbucks have visited, but "you do you"! There are definite hopes that the rest of the building will fill up, with other quality businesses to steer this area in the right direction.

It's not easy to select something to eat when the entire display cooler is completely empty, first impressions are everything and this is a rough start. The decision to sit inside or out was easy after trying to communicate within what felt attending a rap concert, they could barely hear us and we could barely hear them, it's no wonder why the cashier seemed bothered with my order.

There are 2 other Starbucks near this location, at least I can make an educated decision the next time business brings me to.the area and i need a landing...

I’ve never had a bad experience at Starbucks—until today.

After waiting in the drive-through line, I ordered two Frappuccinos at the speaker. When I finally reached the window, I was told I could only pay for and receive one drink, and would have to drive back through the line to get the other.

I’ve never heard of anything so inefficient—especially since I had already waited, ordered, and was simply expecting my drinks like every other customer. This mistake was entirely on the staff (cashier/barista/manager), yet the solution offered was for me to waste even more of my time.

Time is too valuable for that. Thankfully, Starbucks is on almost every corner—so I’ll be going to the location just a mile north next time. They’re far more efficient, even when...

Came there on 7-11-24, ordered thru the mobile app, seeing how I had to work. Ordered at 5:52, got there at 6:05 and my coffee drink and breakfast sandwich was not there. I asked about my order and they said oh, we seen a man come in earlier and took both. I can’t believe how you can pay for something and someone walk in and take it without any explanation. Then my other times going to this location ever time I order ahead of time. They forget to pull my ticket and wait till I get there to say I’m sorry. I will not be returning here.
