Subway — Restaurant in Raleigh

This is the most important review you’ll read about this place and I hope this employee reads this and remembers my face when she inevitably gets fired.

At approximately 10:30am 3/1/2025, so if any managers are looking at the schedule, you know who it is, it was an older woman who was serving me for proof. I walked into this Subway and despite it being completely empty, I had to wait about 20-30 seconds for someone to approach the counter. No big deal, I was in no rush. I ordered the two subs I usually get for me and my fiancee. Everything was normal when putting the meat and cheese on the sandwiches until we got to the vegetables, in which I noticed she was putting in very low effort. But this wasn’t the only problem. I accidentally forgot to put salt and pepper on my fiancees sandwich and let her know and she for some reason put it on my sandwich also, which I made it clear not to. Oh well, it doesn’t make that much of a difference. Then when finishing my own sandwich at my normal pace, she literally told me to “hurry up.” I was laughing in my head because of how absurd it is to tell someone to “hurry up” when the operational model for Subway relies on customization of the sandwich on an ingredient-by-ingredient basis. Like, maybe I was considering trying something new, but I’m sorry for being a burden to your empty restaurant. She also only half-way cut both sandwiches. If I did this at any of my jobs, I'd be kicked to the curb in a week, I think I've seen this woman here for years which just goes to show how little business's care nowadays...

Please avoid this place at all cost and maybe the leadership will realize that Subway requires employees to pay extra attention to...

I'm working at this subway on leesvile, at first I came to this subway with no experience and they took me in training, after a week I enjoyed working here and I loved helping my co workers(the ones that actually worked) but today will be my last day, all staff members are very nice and helpful except Mohammed. He is lazy, has the other employees fill tables clean and do dishes while he sits Inside at the managers desk watching mr bean. he is mean to customers and has even told me he dislikes black people and I've seen him treat them coldly like making them wait 3 to 5 minutes before taking their order when he is free and there isn't anyone else in line(while I'm already on a customer) working with this guy has made my experience at this subway HELL the manager here which I won't name is doing a HORRIBLE job and has let Mohammed work here for 4 years ruining the fun and friendly subway. Today my manager gave me hell for "for getting" 2 dishes and not cleaning the sink when I already did more than my share of work! And left the TWO dishes to Mohammed but of course he doesn't do them and lies to Moussa saying he did his share of dishes and that it was my fault. ALL employees have been complaining about Mohammed. The manager at this subway is just unfit for his position and his incompetence will get good people fired from this job. I wouldn't recommend coming to this subway when Mohammed is working because he rarely cleans the tables until its closing time(where the veggies...

Worst Subway ever.I would give 0 stars if I could. I have Ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwich online multiple times. When I got the sandwich it was the grilled chicken.. so this time I ordered I wrote a note saying please Make sure you put rotisserie chicken in the sandwich not the grilled. I get a phone call from someone who barely speaks English saying that the rotisserie chicken is extra money and she will have to build my sandwich with grilled. I don’t want the grilled I want the rotisserie like I ordered. So I get a call saying that it’s extra money for the rotisserie chicken. I said that’s ok I’ll just pay the difference. She said she couldn’t do that because I had already paid… she made the sandwich with grilled chicken. That is not the sandwich that the app let me build and pay for. So I paid for a sandwich that I didn’t even want and since I paid online she said there was nothing she could do. How can the app let me build and pay for a sandwich but this store sells certain chicken for more money?? Anyone else would have just built the sandwich or just let me pay extra money when I got there. This subway is TERRIBLE!!!! I have ordered the same sandwich some multiple other subways with no problem...
