I ordered from them on Ubereats and the driver stole my food! Worse than that, the burger den wouldn’t make up for it and refused to remake my order. On top of that, I spent like 10 minutes calling them and no answer at all. Rude service, and so disrespectful. They were worried about “their money”. I waited so hours for them to remake my food and nothing. I’ve ordered from them a million times, and this experience was bad enough for me not to even buy...

Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger with seasoned fries. Burger arrived with not a mushroom in sight on the burger and the inside of the whole burger is PINK. I wasn't even asked about the temp of my burger when I ordered it. Hoping I don't get sick from eating that. But if I do, I know who's paying the bill for it....

Overall not bad for 24 hour burger joint! I am very grateful that they have not one, not two, but three vegan options! Thankfully, the burger was warm but the fries were cold. That’s my only note, maybe drop fresh fries for late night orders. I will definitely order from here again!
