Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ramseur

My boyfriend and I have been ordering from this location for almost 2 years now. Their quality has been dwindling as time progresses. Most recently we have noticed we live less than 10mins from their store and our delivery NEVER gets here before 40mins+ after their driver leaves the store. And NEVER gets here before they claim it has already been delivered. What is going on with this location?? Super disappointed. We will be exploring other delivery options from now on... Currently going on 30mins as I'm typing this since they claimed it was delivered, and they marked it delivered 10 mins after the driver left the store, and still, no one is even in my driveway.... Last time they were literally an hour late and our food was lukewarm. I was hoping this time would be different. Do Better Dominos!

Edit: just called the store to ask what's going on. That parrson put me on a brief hold and told me the driver is leaving with my food NOW....... I told her driver claimed they delivered it 40mins ago when the food was finished. She said they have one driver and we are first on the list this go around. My food was finished AN HOUR AGO and she didn't offer to recook the food, she didn't offer even any sympathy, just "well, we only have one driver." Are you...

A few months ago this place use to be great and now it sucks the management is rude and they hire people all the time and don’t ever train them properly. Last time I ordered I had a large thin crust with pepperoni asiago cheese and black olives and a 3 cheese tot The first driver delivered it here no problem and was very kind but the thin crust pizza wrong it had hamburger on it. I called the store back and asked for a remake to which they said was no problem and they would send it back out after an hour passed I called the store back asking where my Order was they asked me if I had children and I said no and that’s when I said they had to gave my order to the neighbors and the girl on the phone thought it was funny ? And proceeded to tell me to call back once I figured out the situation and somehow the driver delivered to wrong house because they didn’t send the same driver back out to my house which didn’t make any sense and the manager was rude on the phone she said her name was med ? Rude as hell. The boy who said they would send my order back out was Adam. They said they would give me free delivery and free pizza next time but I’ll post a picture of the pizza they messed up last time and the receipt to prove that they...

Order# 121 at ramseur dominoes ....adam was the cook i called to find this out... Yesh i took the time to do this right that man needs a raise corporate u ask us customers for our review i hope u read this one .... This man cooked my pizza to perfection... Yeah yeah people allways say that ...but man the amount of garlic parm white sause is perfect to the amount of crust the steak is on point and perfect amount to the sause and cheese... I didnt order once today but twice because it was so good ...# give this man a raise and all the hours he wants and can handle# its not the company that makes its business its the little people that perfect the company's name like this man ... Polite and patient and didnt even put me on hold ... Talk about a review imms csll corprste myself tomarrow and brag about this...
