The best Mexican food I have had in a long time! Each item we ordered had lovely flavors and was so delicious. 😋
I was really craving Mexican food, and my boyfriend took me to this place. It has a very homemade feel, and although the dining area is small, it is very cozy. We enjoyed some tacos, carnitas nachos (they came with bunch of jalapeños be aware in case you don’t like let them know) chicken soup, and camarones a la diabla. Their hibiscus and horchata aguas frescas, along with their spicy sauces, are incredibly tasty. 🔥 I took my friend here twice they love horchata as much as I do, unfortunately every time we went they didn’t have. Ok for a lunch spot. Ordered the Bistec a la Mexicana, a dish I have had many times before at fancier places. This was very reasonably priced, so I wasn't expecting much, but I did get what I paid for. The steak was pre-sliced and very thin, which is how they had it cooked for me so fast, and was over a bed of cooked onions and peppers that was fresh and flavorful, but was extremely greasy, a lot of oil left on the plate from those onions. The rice and beans were served in a shallow layer on the plate, but flavorful. For the price, this could almost be a 4-star experience, but they charge a profitable extra surcharge for using credit cards, a practice that is illegal in the neighboring NY state and should be...

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would! The staff is incredibly friendly when you place an order, and their service is so efficient. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had a craving for shrimp, and they went out of their way to accommodate and design a dish. it was absolutely delicious!
