I really wanted to like Claimstake Brewing company. This brewery was recommended to me by a friend. I realize everyone has difference tastes in beer and preferences in breweries. If you don't mind sweat dripping down your back from lack of air-conditioning. Or beer that all taste the same. Then this is your type of brewery. I would recommend a better air-conditioning system, be more inventive in your beer/stouts/sours and signage at the curb to direct customers to your brewery. Their Old Man McGray Imperial Stout (and I'm NOT a stout drinker) was enough to convert me. It was the most glorious minty chocolate imperial stout I've ever had.
