I brought my son here and thought it looked really cute when we first came in. I bought a $20 arcade card for him and he was so excited to play the games. The staff didn’t mention that almost all of them didn’t work. She said there was a WiFi problem that day once the fourth game didn’t work in a row, but from the other reviews it seems the games haven’t been working for a few weeks now and that should have been mentioned when I was buying the card. My son kept standing in front of the games as I struggled to try to get it to work and I kept grabbing the manager who was very friendly, but we were disappointed in the arcade part.

The jungle gym part is nice and clean. It’s new so I expect it to be, but it’s a lot of ninja course style. So my 3 year old was trying to play but kept getting ran over by bigger kids trying to time themselves doing the course.

Lastly, we had a play place membership at Enchanted for $45 a month. The monthly membership for this play place is $115!!! My luxury gym with classes and a huge pool and hot tub is the same price. That’s so crazy especially knowing I paid $45 for another play place that’s...

My grandkids and I had the best time. We stayed for 3 hours. The place is so cool with so many options for the littles to do. It was very, very clean! The staff was so helpful as it was our first visit. She walked us through everything. I forgot her name, but kiddos to her! The play area was amazing. My grandkids had me exhausted running around in there with them. I really enjoyed it being big enough for an adult to climb as well and participate with my grandbabies. They also have snacks with an amazing variety to choose from, if your littles need a break and a snack. We did go during the day on a weekday so it wasn't that crowded. I can only imagine how busy a weekend would be because this place is so much fun! My grandson wants to have his birthday party there as he saw all the superhero capes being hung on the wall. This indoor playground is a complete joke. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and acted like they'd never been trained a day in their lives. They were also bad-mouthing children and parents, giving judgy looks and stares, and not to mention you have to buy their overpriced grippy socks every visit since you can't bring your own. One of them even mentioned they don’t get breaks, which speaks volumes about the terrible management. Then half the games don’t even work, they take your money and don’t even turn on, wasting my money and time, why would they open this place without taking proper measures.
