CALI VIBES VAPE AND SMOKE — Local services in Rancho Cordova

The customer service here was amazing. I was in need of the UB Pro coils for my vape and I had called EVERY vape shop from Placerville to Fair Oaks and they were ALL out and the last place I called was Cali Vibes and the woman I spoke to was very kind and said she had two left and would hold them for me until the next day and that she would be there then too. So the next day comes around and I give them a call just to make sure she still had them before I made the drive out there and she did! So I went to pick them up and she was so nice and very hospitable and personable. And I was super grateful for the customer service I received. (Just so this woman gets the credit she deserves at her shop, the woman I'm talking about had really short dark hair and I think she had glasses but I can't quite remember. The shop is really well displayed and the employees are nice. BUT I showed up at 2:30pm yesterday to a sign saying we will be back in 30 minutes. Inconvenient but not a big deal. Unfortunately, when I did go back I bought a Vape Gang vape and within 6 hours it wasn't working, won't charge and the screen is blank. I only used the charger it came with and when I just tried to exchange it for one that works, they said all they can do is give me a discount on another one despite the one I just bought being defective. This shop is very clean, and the staff is great. It’s very close to my work, so I’ve gone here a few times for coils and juice. The first time I was shocked at how expensive everything was, a 5 pack of Smok coils was almost $20. The second time I was looking for a menthol juice, the girl said they only had 1 that wasn’t “minty” (my request) I couldn’t try it before I bought it, and I was very disappointed by it.
