I used to love this place. But I went there about a week ago with my mother who was from the Midwest and just learning about the benefits of kratom.. I got there and the guy behind the counter at the register was amazing and very helpful. I placed my order for one kilo of two different kinds of kratom. After I paid for it I received the bag and it was both mixed together into one combined kilo. I told the guy behind the counter that I wanted two different strains of kratom not both of them mixed together. (Which I believe would be kind of obvious when you order two different kinds?!?!? ) So when he went into the back to get my correct order. A little short guy with black hair came out of the back and he was rude and very upset that "HE" mixed the two strains together.... He said that if I wanted it's separated like I asked for originally that it were going to cost me a extra $30.... When I told him I'm not giving him any more money for it he gave me my money back and implied I should go somewhere else!!! Sorry but I don't find that to be any kind of suitable customer service. Especially when you expect to be dealing with a beneficial shamanistic medicine!!! So when I got my money back from him I left and went to the place I should have originally went to located on Manzanita avenue North of Fair oaks @(EE Botanicals located at 4800 Manzanita avenue suite B5) that place has much better medicine and a far more knowledgeable staff.. also it's family-owned and they care about their clients not just trying to make money and sell stupid t-shirts with overpriced medicine!!! Hopefully when you read my comment little fella you will understand the importance of a appreciated customer base.. I wish you the best.. and hopefully you treat your other customers better than me.. the only reason I wrote this is because people should know that they do not need to be mistreated or overpriced for their medicine.... We don't have to pay those prices for that medicine EE Botanicals has $5 oz...

This place is awesome! Second time I have ordered from them online. I order before 12pm pacific time, and the order is received and delivered that day! How awesome! I found out they are have a actual location in the surrounding area! About 40min drive! I order first class shipping and it comes in the next day around 11am! Saves me gas! They do accept credit cards but you have to use an app called *Zapper! When your order is placed they send you a email with simple instructions! Very easy app to use! type in your credit card Information and scan the barcode within the email and the app sends the money! Secure, Simple, and Safe. My favorite is Red Bali, the Kratom they have is the best and strongest Kratom I have had! Way better then any other online company and headshops!
