Had been buying a good portion of my major furniture items from this location for several years. The last bedroom set I bought left a poor impression on me and thus I likely will not be returning.

Waited several months for a top of the line furniture set to arrive. It was then delivered and installed by 2 young men. Both smelled strongly of smoke upon entry and didn't bother to consider removing or covering their shoes while walking through my home. Upon completing the assembly they realized they accidentally sold my mattress to someone else and didn't have anymore in stock...ok I used my old one for a few days until it arrived.

Started using the set to discover one of the drawers was opening/closing weird. Called the store and they sent over the two young men again. After 1 hour of messing with the drawer they decided they couldn't fix it and would contact the manufacturer. Several weeks later I get an update that extra parts were ordered.

That's the last I heard from them...Called the store several times only to be told reasons for delays. The last call I was asked to simply call back because it was a "bad time". It's now been over a year and I've resolved to just accepting the fact that the drawer will not be repaired.

Not a horrible experience. Just not what I would expect on a $10,000 bedroom...

I will only purchase furniture though Empire Furniture. They are hands down the best in customer service, quality and price. I started my decorating project by ordering furniture through popular online vendors. After being stuck with furniture that I was not in love with and would have had to pay a ton in shipping to return, I decided to go to a reputable store.
