I have been coming to this location for YEARS and I never had an issue until today. Honestly I could not believe the such horrible customer service I have recieved. I placed an order on the Kiki's app at 12:50 pm which was a 6 piece wing combo with garlic fries and a side of potato salad. The app indicated that my order will be ready at 12:55pm. I take lunch at 1pm which is literally a 1-2 minute walk. I got to the restaurant just a few minutes after 1pm. My food was NOT was I expected at all. The wings were very dry with barely any sauce on them, and the fries tasted old (even a few of my co workers have said when they order from them it tastes like the food is being cooked in old frying oil) They also forgot my side of potato salad that I had paid for as well. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and informed him that I was not satisfied with my order and they had forgot my potato salad and very politely asked if I can have my order remade. The manager literally made it seem like it was MY fault for the reason why the food was not tasty by saying I was late picking up my order therefore of course the food will just sit there. I then asked a second time if my order can be remade and they absolutely refused to remake my order. Yet when I arrived back at the restaurant the manager said the least he can do is make me an order of Kiki's fries which I was confused? You cannot remake my orginal order of wings and fries but you are willing to give me an order of kiki;s fries with chicken? I could not believe it. The manager also said "I don't know if you noticed but we even threw in a few extra wings for you. Okay? How does that defeat the facct that the food was TERRIBLE??? Such horrible customer service I never heard of suge a thing. Why does it have to be THIS much of a hassle to ask for my order to be remade? How is it MY fault that nothing tasted good? The gentleman I spoke with stated they don't carry it, but I figured it may be an error and that I'd inquire further upon arrival for my order. The item in question was the 8 pc tenders; it's listed on the online menu, but the restaurant states they don't carry it. I arrive for my order and I speak to one of the female members. She was rude and when I asked my question regarding the item I initially wanted to order, she said I could add the tenders for an additional price. I inform her what's listed across the site and she ignores what I said and tells me again the amount that's due. Very unprofessional, unpleasant experience. I would have been better suited going to Popeyes or some other place of business. They didn't even offer a receipt I had to ask for that. The place felt like they have no air conditioning? 2nd thing is the girl that took our order had no people skills whatsoever. 3rd thing is after paying close to $30 for chicken strips & kiki fries you should be able 2 enjoy them but sadly the strips were overcooked so they were dried out. Fries were ok. So when i go up & ask 4 a few more things of ranch 4 the chicken the girl immediatly says $1.00. I said, we just paid almost $30 your gonna charge me 4 two little things of ranch? Her response was "yea u already got 2 sauces with your order" So $1.00." So as im wiping the sweat off my face, I say,"nevermind" can i just get a 2 go box please.
