Used to go here a lot back in the day. When I was a child, the play place used to give me so much joy. I recently went through the drive-thru to order breakfast on the way to work, and while I was ordering my food the lady taking my order began mocking my chronic stutter and laughing at me. I don’t care about being made fun of, what upset me more was the complete unprofessionalism of the worker who decided to make fun of my condition. If she decided to make fun of my stutter on a whim like that, I can only imagine what she says to other customers, or what other unprofessional behaviors she practices while on the job. It’s just not something that’s acceptable in this line of work. I work a minimum wage job, and I know for a fact I get paid a dollar less than her since the business I work with is smaller than 25 employees. In that job I have to suffer with a lot of rude customers, but it doesn’t warrant me to start chewing them out without a second thought. It’s my damn job to provide customer service, so that is what I do. Your job is to take peoples orders, so that’s what you should do. That is all I...
Read moreThe first thing I noticed when I walked in were the slave drivers in the blue shirts (managers). They were giving the nice polite regular employees hell! My girlfriend and I were in there getting some coffee and something to eat. We were there about 20 minutes and there were people as well as us using their internet and charging their phones. Then the manager came through kicking people out saying if you are not buying anything you have to leave. I was shocked at how rude she was. She was also very ghetto, hood, trailor or whatever you may want to call it. She was talking loud and had a bad attitude. Even the kids who were there playing on their playground were afraid of this woman and then she called the police on someone who was just charging his phone. I have frequented this place a couple of times and it stays the same. Its absurd! I give the McDonald's 1 star because I like the peach pies and the regular employees are very friendly. Too bad I advise not to go there because of the Beast Managers. I believe I have been traumatized because of their rude hard core prison...
Read moreThis evening I went through the drive thru. The young lady at the drive thru window was polite and helpful. The second window is when the problem started. The lady had attitude from the beginning. Then I explained we were missing part of our order. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong and argue with me. Even after I showed her my receipt. Then I explain that there was other stuff missing so she gave me more attitude. I asked for the manager, I explained that parts of my order was missing and how the employee argued with me and give me attitude. Then the manager starts to argue with me. So as well I show my receipt. Mind you we never left the drive threw or distributed any food. The manager takes our bag and her, the rude employee and one other are digging in our food touching all over it. Then opens the window and adds the missing food to our order before handing to me. She says here you go. I explained, that the services was rude by both her and her employee's and there was no apology. I told her to even have a nice evening. I will be...
