Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

The food, dining, and service were all above satisfactory-average ! The quality of their pizzas far exceeds my expectations as far as taste, and the quantity or "size" of their pizzas is well above average, leaving customers "filled-up" or "full" before leaving that pizza parlor ! The service is well above average too, with the employees in their all having very positive and respectful attitudes for customers, and the employees there make reasonable accomodations to parties ( large "family-sized" groups of customers ) with tables and seating in their dining room ...

Overall out of between 1 ( one ) to 5 ( five stars ), with 1 star being the least or worst of a quality rating, and 5 stars being the best quality rating, I would rate Mountain Mike's Pizza on Folsom Boulevard in Rancho Cordova, CA a 4.5 star(s) out of 5, being almost one of the "best" pizza parlors there in Rancho Cordova. The only thing I think could possibly use " just a little bit " is there outdoor dining availability, which is an additional dining area outside for customers to sit and eat outside. I think to make that place the all-time best pizza parlor to order, eat, and dine in or at there at Mountain Mike's Pizza in Rancho Cordova, the business owner of that restaurant should ( only if he or she really wanted to and could afford to ) add an additional dining area outside for customers to eat outside. I would still highly recommend this restaurant to all residents of Rancho Cordova, CA who like pizza and a comfortable, special atmosphere to eat and dine in...

Me and a friend/coworker were out in Rancho Cordova for a work meeting and decided go get lunch and a local Mountain Mikes to just take advantage of the buffet since it was close, easy, and not time consuming for the food. We purchased 2 buffets at 11:58 AM. My coworker and I were able to get 1 slice of pepperoni each since there was only 2 slices total and the rest of the pizza was about 5 slices of combination which neither of us liked. With so little pizza even out at that time we both figured they new and would get some out soon which this was not the case. After patiently waiting until 12:20 I asked if any more pizza was going to come out. The worker sounded all surprised saying "Oh there is no more pizza?". At this time I knew she wasn't even close to having any more pizza done and I asked to verify and she said it will only be about 10 minutes but we couldn't wait that long as we had a meeting to be at 12:30pm. I told her there hasn't been any pizza out really since we got here and had only had 1 slice since. All she could say in sorry I can make more even after telling her plenty of times we didn't have time to wait anymore. I wasn't asking for any refund back but being a manager in the food business in prior years this was something I felt like should have been done and at least something for the inconvenience of paying just about $20 for 2 slices of pizza. Was extremely disappointed and had to go through until 7PM later that day to even get anything to eat unless you count...

I ordered over 40 dollars in pizza, after 2 hours I called to find out where my pizza is. (I know 2 hours is along time but this store in slow) They had some kind of printer malfunction and did not get my order. They said it would be another 45 minutes. I told them to forget it and asked for a refund.They gave me a number to a guy in the bay area and said I had to call him on Monday. So I went to the store and told the owner he should call to get my refund, The manger told me he would not call, and offer me a free pizza (ya right !!). I called the guy in the bay area twice and never did hear from him. I never got my MONEY. THIS STORE IS NOT AN HONEST STORE !!!! ESPECIALLY DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I will never do business with MM in any area because of this. I would probably make more complaints, but it's not worth the stress. MM will never see another dollar from me again. I tell as many people as I can to go the Round table or somewhere...
