Noah's NY Bagels — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

The line was to the door when I arrived at what most would consider rush hour or near the end of rush hour. 9-10am. Line moved quickly, employee was friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the menu and able to answer all my questions. I waited Mayne 10 minutes for my to go meal but wanted to check my order before leaving the store. Upon doing so I dropped the entire sandwich on the floor!!! This if course wasn't their fault but when I did let them know what happened it seemed like no problem at all to be remade and that I'd be happily taken care of. Which I was, almost. I had to repeat the incident to another employee who did not seem to care about my personal problems or anything really. She gruntily agreed to remake it as long as I threw out the other sandwich. (Don't try taking any free food out of here!) That time I waited about 10 min but when my order was ready no one called my name or order it was just placed on the pickup counter. I had no idea it was mine. The two women who had helped get it remade saw me and said nothing. It wasn't until 20 min or more that I walked closer and said excuse me is this mine? To which they replied, yep its been sitting there.

I absolutely love Noah's bagels and wish more were still around but the ones that ate open like this one were disappointing...

I love Noah's and have gone to many, many locations through the years, this location is by far the worst when it comes to customer service and order accuracy. I have gone to this location four times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have gotten my order incorrect in some way. The first three times I didn't even bother calling to complain because really what is that going accomplish. This time I decided to give a call to bring to there attention how terrible there order accuracy is, while speaking to the manager she was very dismissive and you could tell by her tone very frustrated that she was having to deal with me. Noah's Bagels has always provided really nice bagels and smears but it tends to fall short occasionally when you get the more complicated breakfast sandwiches and coffees. I got the breakfast BLT and added avocado, The Challa was delicious, so was the egg and tomato and bacon. However the avocado was so cold still it made the whole sandwich cold and the lettuce(?) on there was wilted so I couldn't tell what it was. The Chorizo Breakfast Burrito we got had no problems. We also got an iced caramel macchiato and the coffee tasted burnt and old. I took one sip and could not drink the rest. They were very busy this morning and I could excuse the avocado, but the coffee? Would not get coffee at Noah's Bagels again, I'm not sure if it's just this location or...
