Iâve been a loyal customer of Whiskey Tango for quite some time, and I felt compelled to share some feedback based on recent experiences. When Moe was behind the bar, the environment was lively, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. She brought a unique energyâpersonable, attentive, and always creating a space that felt both fun and safe. Moe had a natural ability to make every guest feel valued. She didnât just pour drinksâshe created an experience. Her presence encouraged patrons to stay, spend, and have a great time. What stood out even more was her after-hours cooking. The food was far beyond what you'd expect from a late-night barâdelicious, thoughtfully prepared, and made with care. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evenings. Since Moe's departure, the change in atmosphere has been impossible to ignore. Attendance has noticeably dropped, and the once-vibrant energy has been replaced with something dull and disorganized. The drinks now often lack flavor and consistency. Itâs frustrating to receive cocktails missing essential ingredients or mixed without any real effort. The food, once a hidden gem, has gone significantly downhillâno wings, no pizza, just dry, bland tenders and fries that feel more like an afterthought than a menu offering. Whiskey Tango used to be a place that stood outâa bar with character, personality, and charm. A place where friends gathered, new memories were made, and every night felt like something special. Sadly, that spark has dimmed. Karaoke Wednesdays were once the highlight of my week. For the past six months, they no longer hold the same appeal. I even brought new friends to introduce them to what used to be my favorite spot, only to feel embarrassed by the quality of the drinks and service. We ended up leaving early and heading to Faces instead.
Moe wasâand still isâan essential part of what made Whiskey Tango exceptional. I truly hope to see her return. Her presence elevated the entire experience and brought out the best in the establishment. Until then, Iâll be spending my nights elsewhere, but I remain hopeful for the return of what once made this place great. Sincerely, A Concerned Paying Customer

Read more(PART 2 ) Of Sampson Review Hello Abby, Thank you for taking the time to address my recent review. I want to clarify a few things in a professional and respectful manner. First, while I do not know Moe personally, my review was based solely on her visible work ethic, consistency, and the positive experience she created for patrons. It's clear she brought value to the establishment, but I understand that no one person is solely responsible for a bar's success. That said, her absence only highlighted deeper issues that need addressing. The quality of drinks and the current food options are just as essential to the bar's experience as the staff. These are areas where, unfortunately, the standards have noticeably declined. When you remove someone who positively impacted the business, it's crucial to replace them with someone equally strongâor strongerâto maintain the atmosphere and customer satisfaction. Atmosphere isnât just built on a personalityâitâs a combination of service, food, drinks, music, environment, and how customers are treated. I shared my thoughts from the point of view of a paying customer who used to enjoy coming regularly and now, sadly, feels the experience has diminished. Iâd also like to express that my review will remain public. Honest customer feedback should not result in retaliation toward employeesâespecially when, as you mentioned, those individuals are considered like family. If anything, this should be a moment to reflect on how both staff and patrons are being treated. Itâs also worth mentioning that reaching out through social media in a personal or indirect way (like tracking down my Facebook to respond privately) feels invasive. Professional and public responses under reviews would go a much longer way toward community engagement and transparency. Other businesses do this successfullyâand youâve done so before. I encourage you to continue that practice rather than avoid or selectively address concerns. Whiskey Tango has potential to be great again. But it requires listening, not dismissing, and creating an environment that values both its employees and its customers. I truly wish the best for the bar, the staff, and the community that once made it feel special. Sincerely, [A...
Read moreAvoid this place at all costs! Especially if your a a kj (karaoke host)! The lady Abby will not pay you for your services! She will claim hardship or put it upon you to produce results despite pre arranged agreements. My advice to future kjs, djs, and people willing to host in this establishment is to get a a signed contract! Otherwise you risk her flat out stiffing you! Follow up to owners response: The owner omits the fact that we agreed on a set amount of $70 per night, despite outcomes, for a trial period. Btw the current rate for a kj is $100 to $150 a night. So I went way below market value to cut the business a break and to work on establishing a crowd over time. I was compensated $20 out of the $140 for the two days of work that was verbally agreed upon. So a net loss of $120 for me. As for the equipment issue. I offered to bring my own equipment but the owner insisted on me using her own equipment. However every setup, in any bar, is different and I was never given any direction on how to operate any of the equipment or where itâs located. On the first day and second day I worked there, I couldnât even access the computer because the owner was absent and nobody who worked at the bar knew the password to the computer. When one of the bartenders called her for the password the owner seemed very annoyed. So again I reiterate and highly recommend, that kjs, djs, or anybody who conducts business at this establishment, get a written contract! Otherwise you risk being...
