Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Well when I ordered thru the app it asked me if I wanted to cheese it up on my pizzas I clicked yes but when it sent the order thru it didn’t come out that and in their end it showed no extra cheese I’m not sure if this was an app issue when I went to the store location to pick up the pizzas the gm of that store sent an employee out tell me strike one and I was like the hell is that supposed to mean if they didn’t wana correct the pizza they could have said no and I wouldn’t bother to order there anymore but they to chose fix the pizzas issue and I was like ok but tell a customer strike one because of an app issue that’s so bogus and if a manager is gona to issue something called a strike on a customer they should do it themselves I will never order dominos pizza again never have I felt so insulted as customer if anyone else has gone thru this problem with this location leave a review it’s the only way to get these companies to hold their managers accountable for horrible service I don’t recommend this...

I ordered the new special upgrade automatically to the large pizza when you buy two mediums. Up on picking up my order I noticed that my pizza was not upgraded. I brought up to the managers attention and let him know that my pizza was NOT upgraded to the large like that promo. All he can say is that he was going to speak to his supervisor about the app in the glitch or that un sufficient information regarding the promo upgrade. Arrived 40 minutes later than the app said and the pizza tasted old as if it wasn't freshly recently made. Maybe because of the long amount of time it took to deliver? Idk, but we were initially hungry and excited to order Domino's, and now I'm not so sure it's an option in the future. Ordering food from anywhere now adays is expensive no matter where we go so might as well weed out the bad places and eat at some good ones to get our money's worth....
