Justin's Donuts & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

I hadn't been here in years, and when I went back recently I found the following:

-they never have change for a twenty, either you over pay and hope the same person is working next time and remembers you ((no luck for me with this)) or you owe them

-the girls do smile, but they are totally unfriendly!! very insincere and act as if customers are bothering them by taking their attention away from their cell phones

-price changes on donuts depending on who is working. this morning I was charged a dollar per donut!! not filled, just regular sugar and one cake.. I'm insulted especially when they owe me five dollars!!

-I will say that the bagel breakfast sandwichi had on easter morning was delicious, however cold in the center and cost $6.. the girl behind the counter was too busy on her phone to come to the front and help us but when her four male friends came in she had no problem assisting them right away

overall the donuts are decent but the service and employees are lacking. I feel insulted and I doubt I will go back, at least not until there's another change...

we had to make a run to the asian market there, and on the way home, we wanted to grab a bite to eat. we searched for 2 places before we saw this. this was the PERFECT FOOD for us! we walked in and was immediately greeted by the workers behind the counter. they were smiling and wishing everyone a Merry Chirstmas. yes we went out Christmas am, around 11am. wasn't too busy. the worker did not rush us. menu was easy to read and there were a lot of choices. they have a good selection of donuts and sandwiches. they had great service and they were pretty fast on the orders.

we order the sausage, egg and cheese croissant, and an egg, cheese, bacon bagel. drink order is vietnamese coffee and French vanilla cappuccino. both drinks were delicious!...

I have been here twice and both times I had amazing experience. I came in while I was pregnant n got what I was craving n the lady who attended me was so nice even blessed me for safe recover when I give birth. Love that. The second time, I came in with my son for his first donut, and they were so nice they gave him a mini donut for free. I wouldn't mind paying for it, but it was so nice of them, n of course I got a few donuts for him to try, but he loved his donut. So far, my experience has been great, and donuts were amazing. I go for the donuts and...
