Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

This place is is VERY disorganized I went in ordered a Hawaiian pizza a pepperoni pizza two orders of crazy bread and one small soda. Now I went in there knowing that I was going to wait a little bit because of the Hawaiian pizza witch that is fine so went in ordered the girl said it was going to be 30 min I thought that was a bit long but i knew I would have to wait so I am waiting and waiting in the mean time the one girl continued to take orders by herself even tho there was 4 other employees in the back doing god knows what because NOTHING was hot and ready because everyone that ordered behind me had to wait as well. So I am still waiting mind you I ordered at 6:03 it is now 6:37 and I still haven’t gotten anything now the lady behind me got fed up and asked where her pizza’s were so the girl that took our order THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS WORKING out of the 5 people that were working she went and got her pizza’s and then asked to see my receipt to see if my order was ready because by then I had been waiting for 40 min. She came back and told me that is wasn’t ready and she put a rush on making it. Now between taking orders and running back to make those orders because no one was helping she finally brings me my food and I check my order and my crazy bread is cold because this poor girl forgot the bread out and by the time she got to putting the butter and cheese on it was cold cause no one helped her so after waiting for 1 hour and 15 min I just wanted to go home so I left but of corse I forgot my drink so I tried and call 5 times to tell them I am going to come back and get it tomorrow but of corse they didn’t answer. so save Your time and don’t...

I've bought Little Caesar's once a week ever since you opened the store at 9799 Baseline Rd, Cucamonga. But I stopped buying it about a month ago. First order was incorrect, paid extra to have pineapple added to the standard pepperoni and it was not added. Then ordered another pizza (I think it was the square one or the cheese filled one) and it was inedible. Tried to eat it and it was just a soggy doughy mess, seemed uncooked, and it fell down when you picked it up. I tried to eat once piece but it was so awful we threw the rest of it away. Too tired to go and bring it back. You need to train your people better to 1)pay attention to orders made online to provide what is requested and 2) cook the pizza so it is edible. I'm looking for another pizza place unless you are willing to give me a refund for two pizzas and a coupon to maybe try it again. And assure me you have trained the people who work there...At $20 an hour they should be...

Jus came from this place it took 5 kids to make pizza... the cashier was making crazy bread... when I walked in. After being there a few mins (5) he said I'll b rte with you.. took a min but he came then it seemed like he didn't even want to help me... I ordered took another 10 r so mins to cook my pizza which was fine.. I'm very picky where I eat so I'm observing these kids n they all acted like they didn't want to be there. A few people came in and I noticed he called everybody by there names once orders where ready n asked them if they needed plates r napkins r peppers when out came to me he didn't call my name he jus noded like we where homies... when I asked him for napkins and b peppers he acted like I was bothering him...
