I wish I could give this zero stars but the Am/afternoon has hope. Better off going to another Mcdonalds in the area, especially at night. Me and my boyfriend went at around 930/10pm and we ordered a 20 piece of nuggets and two meals. They took our order correct, no issue taking our money and giving the receipt but then they told us to wait in the #2 spot (which we completely understood since we both have worked at mcdonalds in our life before) so we got our 2 drinks, fries and nuggets and were waiting for the two burgers then noticed 3 cars that all waited after us (multiple bags each) I tired to flag the guy coming out cause their dine in was closed but was either ignored or brushed off. So i went to the doors wih reciept in hand and was told to go throu the drive through (they used their hands to point instead of coming to the door) at this point our food was cold and drinks were empty so we were extremely upset and asked for our money back but were told they were calling the police and we could contact mcdonalds for our refund. We ended up paying roughly $22 for 2 large drinks and chicken nuggets, we couldnt eat the fries due to them being cold. We understand working fast food is hard, but their unprofessional handling of complaints due to quality of food and the fact that they would call and misuse police needs to be addressed asap. The manager who told us this needs to be retrained, I didnt get her name but she was heavy set and on the shorter side who was working the...
Read moreThe girl with faded red hair and her over-grown roots showing working drive-thru at night, was extremely rude, completely impatient rushing me along despite the fact I had a large group of disabled individuals. There was not one person behind us waiting to order, yet she acted completely bothered and irritated. I was under the impression that her sole purpose for working there is getting paid to take orders, prepare food, and serve customers. Next time don't apply for a customer service job if you can't stand the customers and serving them. This reflects on the manager as well, any good manager would put a more energetic, polite employee in front of the customers and the more reserved employees in the back for food preparation they won't have to deal with good paying customers who could have went anywhere else but chose your restaurant so the least you could do is your job take the customer's orders and stop cutting corners provide a service in exchange for payment. Jeopardizing potential revenue current or future can be damaging for the organization providing services, especially when your customer is a credible Google ratings and reviewer. The service here has really gone downhill along with the food. I'd love to see someone there try harder we deserve better in this...
Read moreI used the kiosk to order two Happy Meals for my children and a Crispy Buttermilk Chicken sandwich combo for myself. I got my sandwich and fries, but not my drink. My bun was all burnt inside. One kid ordered a kids drink and ketchup with his chicken nugget happy meal and they didn't give us either. The other happy meal was missing bbq sauce, and each of these missing items were specified at the kiosk. I don't mind asking for my missing items, but I shouldn't have to, and the kiosk spit out a blank receipt, so I couldn't have verified my purchase if they'd asked me to. Lastly, the ice dispensers at both sides of the soda machine were jammed, so I couldn't even get ice in my drink. When someone was notified, I witnessed an employee dump more ice into the machine, and he and a second employee began to jab at the ice stuck in the outlet with their BARE fingers before switching to straws. No one came back to sanitize it either. If you've worked in fast food, you know this is not acceptable. I will give them credit for hiring people who are differently abled. The young man attending the kiosk was the hardest working, most helpful person I saw in the...
