Starbucks — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

2020.01-28/0839 on Register 2. What an AMAZING experience!! Since I never frequent Starbucks, I knew what I wanted but I didn't know what it's called. I went after a San Bernardino Sheriff named Mike and he knew what he wanted. How embarrassing!

So the reason I'm writing this is because the lady that helped me was the absolute best (she's the only one with natural blonde long hair)! I didn't know what to order because I'm not familiar with Starbucks. I'm a tea drinker. I told her what I wanted and she was so sweet to help me!!! I told her I just wanted coffee with cream. She then asked if It liked a lot of cream and I exclaimed, yes!!! She then recommended the Misto and also offered any flavors and even sugar-free flavors since I mentioned that I didn't want any sugar. How knowledgeable. It's like having the best bartender or chef ever! She explained that the Misto is half coffee and half cream. Perfection!! I wish I knew her name!! I checked the receipt and didn't see it so this is why I time stamped this review in hopes that she or her supervisor would see this! SHE MADE MY EXPERIENCE and my day with her smile and wonderful demeanor!!! She's perfect. It's rare to find someone who is so personable at this time in the morning!!! Came to this location and had to use bathroom right away, there were two other people in the store. Was not in there but for a second and someone violently shook the door handle. Came out and nobody went in, the other two customers never got up from their table. No signal in the store so I was struggling to get the app to work and the employees started banging things & acting obnoxious because they probably thought I was a bum. I verbalized my frustration of the poor cell signal in the store and as I was walking out the male employee told me to have a good day in a smartmouth way. Definitely not ever going to this location. Californians are either cool or obnoxiously immature/stupid like the employees here. I think I'm over it with this location and maybe Starbucks in general. I've been going here for a long time because it's local and convenient, but I haven't had a good coffee or a latte here in I don't even know how long. For the prices Starbucks charges their product should be way better. Today I spent 20 bucks and threw away my entire order because the latte was so sweet it was pure sugar and this shaken almond milk chocolate drink was so disgusting I almost threw up in my mouth. I feel bad cuz everyone here is nice but their drinks are just so subpar. My breakfast item was lukewarm and cold in some spots as well.
