I usually have a great experience at this location. However, the day the lady was so rude and had so much attitude over a coupon.
I always have them scan my phone and when I have enough points I redeem it and they scan my phone and use it. It’s been like that at every location I’ve done it at.
This time though she says “it’s only for mobile order” For the record there are no locations for mobile order in California. I told her I’ve never had an issue with it and asked if the policy had changed. She keeps repeating herself acting agitated at me.
When the manager walked back in I mentioned that he has taken them before. He said it was fine. She started talking about me in Spanish with her coworker(yes white people speak Spanish too). I apologized and said thank you for taking the coupon.
She then goes yeah well it’s not my fault it says mobile order but here you can see on your receipt it’s free.
Like what’s with the attitude over a coupon your company offers? If you don’t like customers asking questions then don’t work in customer service. I didn’t yell. I wasn’t rude. I was willing to pay full price if they policy had changed.

I would completely understand if it was busy and the morning rush was keeping everyone in "the WEEDS" but it was slow. then after I next up in line the gentleman making the bagels was rushing me to order even though their was only two people in line including my self. I asked him politely to only put LIGHT cream cheese and like always he sticks the knife into the cheese bucket and applies enough cream cheese for every bagel in the U.S. it was disgusting. At this point I was over his horrible customer service I decided id just wipe it off with a napkin. keep in mind the dirty look he was giving me the entire time was if there wasn't a glass barrier between us he was going to attack me with his butter knife. I didn't give him a complicated order it was a simple bagel. after my experience I'm guessing he didn't like Monday's like the rest of the world.    Read moreThe bagels and sandwiches from any Bruegger’s location are delicious. Definitely some of the best I’ve ever had, and I love a good bagel sandwich. I’m sad though, because this location is so close to a house I work at, but the service is so terrible. (There’s one guy who is nice and is always working hard and helps me kindly, but he is the exception) When I come in, the people at the register ignore me. There’s one girl who gets my order wrong every time I am there, and she doesn’t even let me finish saying my order! I ask for cinnamon sugar, she gives me blueberry. I ask for and pay for avocado, I don’t get any. Today she made my egg and cheese sandwich on a blueberry bagel when I asked for whole wheat - not appetizing! I try to be patient, but this isn’t cool with me anymore. Also, this isn’t the shop’s fault, but I think some tree debris broke my windshield in their parking lot one time.
