Disappointing Experience, Won't Be Returning.
I recently had a rather disappointing experience. As a regular customer who lives just down the street, I've always enjoyed their pizzas, but my most recent visit left a lot to be desired.
I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order, and the first thing I noticed was a delivery driver at the cashier who seemed to be having some hygiene issues. He was scratching his backside quite conspicuously, which immediately made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was just the start of my negative encounter.
Upon receiving my order, I realized that I had been given the wrong pizza. Mistakes happen, so I returned to the counter to explain the situation and request a refund or an exchange. However, I was told that they couldn't provide a refund on the spot and that they would make a new pizza for me "quickly."
The wait for the new pizza ended up being much longer than expected. I understand that evenings can get busy, but waiting for half an hour for a replacement was quite frustrating. I couldn't help but feel that my time and convenience were not being valued.
What truly bothered me, though, was the lack of professionalism I witnessed during this visit. As a regular customer, I've always appreciated the convenience of the location. However, witnessing the delivery driver openly scratching his backside while at the cashier counter was not only unappetizing but also highly unprofessional. It left a lasting negative impression on me.
While I understand that busy nights can lead to some challenges, the way this situation was handled and the lack of attention to hygiene standards have led me to a decision. Despite being a local resident and a regular customer, I will not be returning. It's disappointing to have to make this choice, but I believe that my dining experience should never include discomfort or a lack of professionalism.
I hope that Domino's Pizza takes customer feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve their service and maintain the quality that made me a regular customer in the first place. Until then, I'll be exploring other options...

This store needs to be shut down. I’ve had enough. I will be calling corporate and trying to somehow get the town of Randolph envolved because this so called business needs to be taken out. I don’t blame the company itself. Never had this problem with Pizza Hut.
I pick up the phone, dial the store, of course they don’t answer the first 3 times. I tell the man on the phone I want to do the 2 or more for 5.99 each deal. He says they don’t do that. I politely asked if anything’s changed on the menu as I always order this same deal and the deal would’ve still been available (through this location) had I ordered online. He man on the phone is so rude and gives me so much attitude and eventually hangs up on me. I’m so shaken at the point, to be given so much disrespect and so much attitude over a simple question is absolutely absurd. I call back, the man picks up again, the minute I begin to say anything he hangs up on me, st this point I’m angry and another man picks up the phone. I ask to speak to the manager. I begin to report the rude behavior and THE MANAGER replies “don’t come at me with this.” And hangs up.
To be sworn at, disrespected, given wrong orders, and pay for things I do not receive (without a refund) time and time again is just beyond me. The people are disgusting , and the food wouldn’t pass inspection. This is a problem and it needs...
Read moreIF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY!!! First off let me begin with my ordering process. I order online for delivery and put specific notes as to where to go and location even providing a contact number of further info was needed. I did this because the hotel I am currently residing in is going through maintenance and there is a temporary entrance. About TWO hours later I receive a call from my delivery driver informing me he was outside. I politely thanked him and told him how to get inside. After 10 more minutes of waiting I called back to make sure he was ok. He informed me he was NOT going to come inside. I expressed to him that if he left it at the reception desk that would be fine too if he did not want to come up. He complained for about 5 minutes because he did not want to exit his vehicle. He expected me to come out to his car.. I begrudgingly pleaded with my driver to please deliver my order. He deep sighed and said ok. I decided to meet him at the elevator to assess the situation. I was told it’s NOT HIS JOB to deliver and that he was not a delivery person and that he was doing me a FAVOR by delivering my order. I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service. To top everything off my order was wrong. Can’t make this up. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a Dominos. Please save your money and take your business where you are...
