The worse dunkin donuts experience I have ever had. And I live in a town that has 7 dunkins and I also worked in one before. First off there was a panhandler that opened the opposite door from me to ask for money (I understand this is not the dunkins fault but just started off the experience). After I ordered my coffee I asked if I could add the $1 donut deal that they have plastered all over the restaurant even written on a chalk board right by the cash register.....the girl at the cash register said "we don't do that here" I was like "what you have it everywhere" She said "yeah the system just doesn't ring it in as a dollar"....So I ordered my brk sandwich and I had a $1.99 breakfast sandwich coupon. It expires 4/30 and is specific to use at all Randolph locations. She scanned the coupon and said "sorry it's not working" I kept looking at her because I know that my co-worker had just used the other coupon the day before. She called over the manager who snapped back at her and said"why are you calling me if it didn't work it didn't work." he eventually came over looked at the coupon and manually made the change. Then when I got my sandwich which was supposed to be a Sesame bagel with bacon egg and cheese....it came out as a cinnamon bagel w/ bacon egg and cheese. I have never ordered a cinnamon bagel in my entire life. They redid the sandwich and when I got to my office 5 min later it was cold as ice and I had to reheat it in the microwave. Read moreI’ve been putting off doing a review because I was hoping this place would get better. But this location absolutely sucks! They’re very much on island time in this location and definitely do not take their manager seriously. Ever since the remodel this place has gone down hill. I stopped order through the drive thru thinking maybe it’s a language barrier issue. So I started ordering only through the app and STILL every fkn order I placed was wrong some way somehow . It’s very upsetting seeing as you have no problem charging me extra for that shot of espresso or the cold foam on top.but never seem to add the item into my coffee… Never mind how many times you didn’t substitute for almond milk because I’m lactose intolerant. (And I use to pay extra for that too) . Please do something about this! I spoke to the manager today about it and he shooed me away and gave me my money back. I place my order at 10:27 on the app before my lunch break , I arrived and waited and waited and finally it was 10:46 and I asked where my coffee was and they hadn’t made it yet. Stop socializing with each other and work! They seem to not be able to do both at the same time! When they chat they stop , they don’t care if it’s busy.

Read moreMy husband and I have been very patient with this Dunkins. On many occasions we have left disappointed and shame on us for continuing to go back. They gave my husband decaf coffee without telling him that they were out of the regular (that might be something you would want to tell someone), we’ve had very unprofessional interactions with employees (Drive thru and in person) & the orders more than half of the time are wrong. It’s unfortunate because it is in a convenient location but I think today (at least for me, my husband gave up a while ago) was the last straw. I go to buy a coffee on free coffee day with “Any” purchase. I assumed because I bought something (coffee), I would still get the free coffee. I believe I spoke with the manager who wanted to talk to me like I was a child saying that “You can’t just get a free coffee, you have to buy something” even though I purchased a coffee. After I proceeded to ask if the coffee that I bought wasn’t considered a “purchase” he said again “you can’t just get a free coffee, you need to buy something (1 & 1).” Maybe the sign should say with the purchase of food, you get a free coffee if that is indeed what you meant.
