2/5/2022 Update: The manager that worked this morning is crazy. He openly shows his dislike for his customers.
He said today was his last day, and I say good riddens. He complained about everyone and everything!! I think his name was Dillan. He is in the wrong line of work. And to top it off, my mother's food was not as she ordered it, and mine was extremely salty, after I said no salt.
The food is too expensive for all this nonsense!!!!! But that shouldn't matter. Customer service should be top of mind, especially when you're a supervisor/manager. He's an embarrassment.
2/24 Update: Jersey Mike's showed up and showed out. They have shown that customer service is at the forefront of everything that they do and stand for.

I walked in for a sandwich...the little man looked at me and let out a very physically dramatic heavy sigh, like oh jeeze I have to make another sandwich. This is only the 2nd time I've been here.
