Zorba's Pizza — Restaurant in Randolph

Have lived in Randolph for many years and have patronized Zorba's Pizza always. That is, until today. We usually order online from home and either pickup or have our order delivered. We always order the same thing. Two large Hawaiian Pizza's (which come with a free small order of 5 chicken fingers.) Today I was a bit busy, so I attempted to order from the road with my smartphone. Can't do that. Their website will not allow ordering from a mobile device. So I went into the restaurant to place my order and wait. When I asked about the free chicken fingers, I was told "no." Apparently, you can only get that for free if you order online. A counter clerk was apologetic, agreed that it made no sense to not offer the free perk when an order is placed in person, but she could not help. A second clerk went to ask the owner about it, but never returned with an answer. So I left. My patronage of Zorba's has come to an end after spending hundreds of dollars over the years. I will not patronize a business that can't see the value in taking care of loyal customers. So they have lost a customer that supported them for or over 10 years, over an order of 5 free chicken...

I use yo like this place but im never gonna order here ever again. I call for a delivery and use my card to pay. It ended up getting declined so i told the girl to forget it. About 1hr and half someone ringing on my door bell so loud like 3 times until my baby woke up crying. I had no cash on me so couldnt pay for the food. I was so mad no food and a crying baby i should have got that food free for what i went through. I call the manger and instead of saying its on us sorry about that. All he says is sorry that was my fault abd hangs up like no big deal and he can ckearly hear the baby crying and i told him that and all he said was sorry. Never again and i always order there. Best place to go to is zacks pizza down the street from now on there nice and would have defintly gave ne free food if tgey made...

I went into this pizza shop for 4 slices of pizza the women at the counter sold me the 4 slices of pizza and i left when i got to my car open the box my pizza was cold and dry so i called to ask why she would sell me cold dry pizza she responded that she only changed me for 3 slices of pizza!!!! So she knew she sold me old pizza and instead of her heatin up my pizza and changing me wat i asked for she changed me for 3 slices of cold pizza bad for business never will i stop there again dont play with people food she lucky i dont work for the broad of health u need people that love there jobs and not the ones there for a check thanks on my...
