Hardee’s — Restaurant in Rapid City

Can’t believe the level of horrid service by the cashier. I love this place and all I ordered was a $5 slider box. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, I received the completely wrong order of two chicken sandwiches. After going in and listening to the cashier tell the cook(who handled it like a pro, props to you brother) I now wanted to switch my order- which was so incorrect as it was STILL on the screen, she went and talked to customers in the lobby while I waited another 5 minutes for a simple 5 minute order. Her behavior was reprehensible and unprofessional. Finally the manager boxed my meal since she was far too busy conversing. I understand these jobs aren’t easy but I come here for lunch 3 days a week and I am never coming to this location again after this treatment. Her incompetence cost the cook his patience and he was nothing but nice to me and quick as well. People like her shouldn’t be anywhere near customers, especially within earshot of them saying their request was wrong even though it is still on the screen in plain view. Only go to the one on E. North as those cashiers don’t have the attitude that they’re above their position. She made the whole thing take 20 mins for an order I get within 5 no matter what. When I got to this Hardee's there was a sign asking us to be patient as there were only a few people. I understand. However when I placed my order, i asked for a really big Hardee and curly fries. The cashier was short with me when he told me they didn't have either of those things. So I figured out something different. When I got to the window I had to wait a while, but they are short staffed so that's understandable. I paid and they gave me my food. I had 3 large drinks and only myself in the car and the guy never offered a drink carrier. I got home to find all the fry boxes were put in sideways and half of the fries were in the bottom of the bag. It only took about 5 minutes in a heated car to get home. The burgers were all luke warm and the oversalted fries could have just been taken out of the fridge, they were so cold. The hi c I ordered was out of syrup and once I had a little light, it was obvious just by looking through the lid of the cup- it was a super light orange/yellow color instead of the bright orange that is typical. The Frisco burger was disappointing as well- it was two slices of cold floppy bread that had not been toasted at all. Overall this was a terrible experience. I would give this company at this location zero Stars if I could. Went to their location about 10:15 at night, the only person in the drive thru. I was working that night; I am a taxi driver. We ordered a number 6 with a Coke, a Number 2 with a sweet tea, a chicken tender combo with a Coke, and two cheeseburgers. It took the cashier forever to even get the first order down. When he finally got it he moved onto the next order. When we pulled up to the window he handed us two drinks, not three. My customers checked the bag they were also missing fries. The manager made us pay for the fries when they should of already been on the order anyways. We finally got everything and pulled over to check the bag. The number 6, the first order that he spent so long on was missing all together. We had to go back around and order it again. Finally, half and hour later everything was ordered and we were on our way. This order should NOT have taken that long.
