If I could give this place a negative amount of stars I absolutely would. I have been going here for 2 years..If there was another coffee shop near by I would go there. There have been times I have sat in this Dunkin line for over 20 mins. I hvae been handed coffee with already melted from waiting so long. Not to mention they never ever get my order correct. NEVER. It is wrong one way or another. Today I essentially paid 8 dollars for my coffee since they never gave me my food. When I ask for a flavor shot they give me a flavor swirl EVERYTIME (thankfully I dont have diabetes). When you ask for whipped cream they give you cream. or they dont put it on every single time. Sometimes I am so tired of correcting there mistakes that I just accept them and I shouldnt have to do that. The workers are lazy and they do not care about what they are doing. Its a shame this is the only coffee shop in that area. Its beyond stressful everytime I have...
Read moreI went to Dunkin Doughnuts today, May 14th, 2021 at 10:00 am to grab a coffee and avocado toast. I entered the drive through and placed my order. There were 5 cars in front of me and several cars lined up behind me. I waited 45 minutes to get up to the window. I put my car in park, got out, walked around the building and went in to see what the hold up was. I was told they had 4 people working and were short handed. I went back to my car and still waited 10 minutes. I couldn't get out if line because of the way the drive through runs next to the building and curbs with tree lawn on the other side. When I got to the window, I thought they would have had everything ready, instead I waited another 5 minutes for them to hand me my coffee and my avocado toast was cold and tough. How has this turned into being exceptable? Not to mention I was 1 hour late because of the time wasted at a Dunkin Doughnuts...
Read moreTotally disgusted….I finally got someone to wait on me and 20 minutes later I still didn’t have my coffee…..I don’t mind waiting at all but there were 2 (I’m assuming managers) sitting at a table while 2 young people are struggling to manage the counter and drive thru by themselves. At one point he goes back to print something and a customer is at the counter thinking he’s going to to wait on her and he walks away and completely ignores her. You wonder why you can’t get workers? Start by fixing your management. A good manager takes care of their staff even if it means putting their responsibilities on hold for a few minutes. The number one priority should not be getting your reports done…it should be the customers. And the donut I did get was stale. It was worth the $3 to not stand there any longer and...
