The food is excellent and the shop is beautiful! The guy that works there is very nice and I wish he was the one assisting me. Unfortunately the blonde-haired person at the window wasn’t as warm and friendly. I am from New York so that typically wouldn’t bother me and I would still tip. But after placing a $30+ order I asked if I could give them my nalgene bottle to fill with tap water and this blonde person arrogantly said “no you can buy a bottle”- I couldn’t believe that in a state that prides themselves on nature and conservation would say that. Also, I work in food service and I have NEVER refused someone water or a bathroom- even if they were not customers. This is the first time in memory that I did not tip- its not a good feeling. But how are you gonna refuse someone tap water. They still get 5 stars cuz the food’s fantastic and the location is stellar and the shop is beautiful. Hopefully they can turn this experience around for someone help. To the person who took my order: water is a basic...
Read moreI recently visited Fishermen's Catch Restaurant and Seafood Market with an intense lobster roll craving, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! This establishment offers outdoor seating (no indoor seating), providing a charming ambiance to enjoy your meal. I opted for the Lobster Roll XL, and it did not disappoint. Although I felt that the meat could have used a bit more mayo, the staff quickly accommodated my request for extra mayo by promptly providing me with a side of it. The roll, with its perfectly toasted bread and flavorful filling, was absolutely delicious. One of the highlights of this place is that it shares a building with a seafood market. This setup allows for a unique and convenient experience, where you can indulge in a delectable lobster roll and also explore the market for other fresh seafood options. Additionally, the bathroom facility is clean and well-maintained. The availability of ample parking spaces adds to the overall convenience and ease of visiting this...
Read moreThe food was good not great and pretty expensive! My lobster roll was good, my family members clam cake dinner was over cooked to the point of being burnt! The real issue I had with this place is! After spending over 100 bucks for lunch I asked the server if I could have a bowl or something similar to put water in for my doggies! She proceeded to hand me a container that you would put ketchup in! I said no can I please get a bigger container and she said "We don't give out water ". I didn't need water as I had my own water I just wanted a container to put it in! After having a few words with the server after offering to buy a container she finally gave me a cup to put my water in! Mind you now this was after paying over $100 bucks on lunch! Needless to say I wasn't impressed and I doubt if I will visit this establishment anymore! The server was very snotty about our whole interaction! You should be careful who you put out front to interact with...
