0 stars I was sooooo disappointed1st of all I had to stand in line for 20min BE4 they took my order. and then half way through my order the cashier just left and never came back. and then someone else came and finished my order and messed it up. after I waited another 10min they give me a small Mac instead of a large no biscuits and on top of that they were not even spicy. NOT ONE SPICY. AND ON TOP OF THAT NOT EVEN A APOLOGIE. AND IT WAS NOT ONLY ME THERE WERE PEOPLE LEAVING LEFT AND RIGHT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TODAY BUT THAT WAS NOT COOL AT ALL.O YA AND MY JALAPENOS IT WAS 4 JALAPENOS AND ABOUT 15 STIMS. SO YAH THIS TIME...

Went to drive thru and I didn't check my chicken, it was mostly old chicken and dry. Spoke to a manager Marty. She was unable to help me and refused to give me corporate info or anything to further escalate the situation. She said the chicken has been fresh, then when I gave my receipt number she said she just clocked in. They need to rotate the chicken and take out chicken that has been sitting under the heating lamp!for to long! She was the one that handed me the chicken! I didn't want to give it a 1 star because the employees are very nice but the place is dirty everywhere including the restrooms.I didn't know where to step as I sat down because there was pieces of chicken& napkins under the table and every other table had mash potato& gravy on it..hubby said the men's restroom had poop outside the toilet. Why?!? I'm sure there's enough time to sweep and wipe them tables as this restaurant isn't to busy as well as mop & flush them toilets. And to you Dirty!
