I went here thinking it was just some other hospital type place I had caught a boil on my leg and it was hurting bad I thought they would just give me antibiotics and send me home well I was truly wrong about this place I got in there had to fill out paper work bc it was my first time going there well bf I could even finish my paper work they called me to the back to check me out it was a women nurse I don’t remember her name but she was very gentle and very nice and concerned she immediately got the dr the dr came in and said on no we have to lance it open I’m thinking omg this is gonna hurt even more then I’m hurt now well again I was wrong they explained to me exactly what they where about to do which I was very happy them explaining it to me it calmed me down more bc I was explained what they doing first so the dr gave me a shot to numb it the shot hurt but he was gentle and took his time to where it wouldn’t hurt more well a few mins pass by I ask if he started cutting it open he said they where just about done with it I was shocked bc I didn’t feel anything they where doing and when they where done omg i could actually walk normal again then they sat there and bandage it up as gentle as they could not ti hurt me then explained to me what I need to do with it at my house I was very pleased and happy with there service I will be a patient of there’s for a long time I love this place here’s y they treated me like family they cared for me like family then I called them two days later bc the packing came out and they told me to go in and they will take care of it which I went in and they did exactly what they said took care of it these people over there are so sweet the from the desk clerk all the way to the nurses and dr they are fabulous I recommend anyone to go there and find out for urself u won’t be...

there are no words to show my gratitude to the staff at Cell store urgent care. I had a fusion done in my neck a year ago. Although it was painful back then when it first started the pain, I experienced the other day with something I had never experienced. I talk to the neurologist on-call who told me to go to urgent care or the hospital whichever one was closer. She also told me that she was looking at my file and apparently I have to have another disk fused and that is where the pain came from. The pain I had lasted four or five hours which has never done that. I called my primary care doctor first after the neurologist. It was at 4:15. They close at five. The nurse there told me that I could not go in for an injection because they close at 5 o’clock again I called at 4:1. So I am so extremely grateful. I really cannot thank the nurse practitioner in the staff for taking me back so quickly and giving me shots to help without them. I probably would’ve ended up in the hospital for a while.. I wanted to share these pictures of myself before the fusion. I’m not looking for pity I just want people to understand what an effect something like this can have on someone and their career. Worst urgent care in the state doctors or nurse practitioners that work there do not take the proper notes or information that the patient gives them instead, they diagnose you with whatever they seem to believe you have and will try to make the notes compatible with their diagnosis rather it's right or wrong They have no standard procedure in which they are supposed to be taking the notes down instead the nurse comes in and you tell her what's going on after that she goes to three or four different rooms then she tries to go and brief the doctor in with bits and pieces and he/she has no idea what's going on and then he tries to figure out whats your diagnosis and gives you the least efficient medicine he can give you and send you out the door. Upon leaving the room you will see the nurse standing behind him at the computer as he input the notes that she struggles to figure out which notes belong to which patient to put in your chart. .Why are you not writing what patient are telling u down so you can remembered what there saying.
