Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Rayne

Went to the location in Rayne, LA last night and spent over $62 dollars on food that was kinda cold and they jipped us on our order! Me and my wife ordered bacon double cheese burgers but instead we were given the same single patty burgers as our kids yet when we called them to let them know about there mistake the best they would offer were some $2 dollars off coupons for burgers that cost around $10 apiece!!!! This is the first time I've had a bad experience with this location but I think its more on the young group of workers they had in their last night vs the company overall... anyway has anyone else had this problem with this...

Contacted before about issues giving wrong condiments without checking what goes in the bag, regardless what shows up on the receipt. Issue was resolved for a short while, now it's back to wasting money on sides because they are completely inedible without appropriate dipping sauces and condiments. Will not be eating here again for another while until they can figure out which...

I stopped by last week for a drink. I was pleasantly greeted by Ms Deena. In my field of work I deal.with a lot of customer service and hers was top notch.
