I don't visit Church's Chicken as often as I used to before they sold the company and changed the recipe for the food especially the changes in specifically the fried chicken and I don't care for the new taste so I have been trying to check out the variety of things that they have now. Do you ever have any chicken strips from the freezer back in the day before you sold it because those chicken strips were doing everything right back then. My order today are nearly hard as rock and just as dry and I can't eat this tonight this is so bad and then I was supposed to be getting the famous honey buttered biscuit but I don't have any biscuit in my bag with the way this place has been sending me out with any of the biscuits in the more recent past they seem to be very limited on the smothering affects that they once had on a yummy biscuit so I can figure out why it was just not in my bag they are cutting everything out so they make you think you are going to be getting a biscuit but they don't put it in the bag and by the time you make it home and get to eating your dinner you don't usually go back just to get the biscuit but I want my biscuit please! I'm so tired of this poor customer service and it's not just at this restaurant I'm finding it everywhere I go. And then I have been noticing that they are going to make you wait if there's some man in line behind you and then you are a woman. Today's visit with this one in Raytown Missouri might as well have said that I need to step back to let the man come on to get his order but I can see my bags of food on the counter and the four men that were working all dove in to help this man who had came in behind me . Now what is happening here? I thought was what I was experiencing in the last few times I was here but this visit today and he did tell me that I had to wait 2 minutes but why when everything if mine was already ready for me to grab and go but I had to wait for the customer behind me that happens to be a man that I was so shocked and I don't know what to do with this situation here tonight but tell my Google review about it and let the rest of the public decide what they experience when they are at this location and did you see that I had said that they were the RAYTOWN MISSOURI restaurant in 350 hwy. And then I will be watching for the upcoming results to see what happens when others who are of the same sex as I am discovers.

Well, that is not the case pertaining to this Churches. I couldn't help but give it a 4-star JUST because they had the jalapeño poppers, chicken tenders, and honey biscuits. There was a time you could visit this location to purchase and you were greeted over the intercom system with a smile as well as when you picked up your order. Now it has changed tremendously. I don’t know if ownership has changed or if it’s just the crew that has changed. When you’re placing the order you don’t even get to finish your sentence before you’re cut off with. Will that be all? What’s your side? It’s rude and it’s an opportunity for retraining. With less than great service your customer base will start to decline even more.
