Fritura Kings — Restaurant in Reading

They don’t know what good customer service is since they opened. There’s a set of twins who work there and you don’t want to run into the one that seems to always be in a bad mood. You don’t get greeted when you go inside , you have to wait for someone to notice you to start taking your order. Online it says they open at 11. When you go in person you’re told they actually open at 8am cause they sell breakfast ! For the past 2 weeks I have been walking inside as the door is OPEN and have been rudely told by some random worker that they open at 10. Oh let me not forget that the phone number is there just for show , not like they pickup. I get the same food when I go in the mornings ( when they were still opening at 8am) and it’s usually pretty good which is why I have 4 stars on the food but everything else yall need...

I walked in at 3:57 pm on September 24th and saw 2 individual sitting in the back a lady and a man. The men notice me and made eye contact from the distance and lady wasn’t paying attention to customers entering into the restaurant. They didn’t offer any assistance and just sat there listening to something on their device. It was as I didn’t existed. This is how business is conducted while customers need to order. I was not welcome into their establishment. They need to be educated more to be aware of their surroundings especially customers entering the restaurant and be ready to take the customers order and not ignore and just sit There and not provide service to the customers. I give plenty of chances to restaurants in city but this place just can't get it together, at least the times I've gone. Baked chicken was super dry and cold. Like it was cooked on a Friday and refrigerated until Monday. So I took it back and changed it for beef stew. That was also cold.
