0 starts Staff has HORRIE customer service skills! First lets start off with how difficult it is to understand their menu and place an order through DoorDash No specification where it's Chicken Tenders or fried chicken pieces

Within 10 min of placing my order staff calls stating I have to cancel the order myself because I added specific instructions that they cannot accommodate due to price differences. I explained to the staff what I wanted and that’s why I added instructions because the website is misleading staff caught an attitude and proceed to argue stating there is a difference and " it happens all the time" RED FLAG she then tell me she cant cancel my order I have to contact door-dash. While on the phone with Doordash staff canceled my order on her end. Now I’m stuck to wait 7 buisness days to receive a refund. Where all this could have been avoided with better customer service. I was excited to try them but after this they will never get my service what a bad experience for my fist time! ...

The skin of the chicken should have been crispier and better seasoned but the chicken was tender on the inside and thought it was pretty good. So for my cheap local ghetto delivery options I would recommend their chicken. The french fries were actually really good and so were the tostones both were banging. And for the local area best tostones I've had. The picadera was not only pricey but it was completely unedible. All the meat was so overcooked, pig skin was disgusting, and wasn't properly seasoned. The mozzarella sticks aren't worth ordering b/c they are cheaper and better out of a frozen box from grocery store. Stick w/ the chicken options tostones and...

Not sure why all the reviews were so bad before ordering I noticed all the bad reviews and I was hesitant to be honest. Maybe they should call and ask for a fresh batch if they got any old food they should have asked for fresh when placing the order. My food was fresh without asking. Anyhow….

I ordered off of DoorDash at 11:30pm. 8pc box with fries. Food was so delicious my daughter loved it!
