Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Reading

If I could have gave one star I would, yesterday me and my husband just moved to this city and we rode past this store and decided to grab a deep dish pizza. The area manager didn’t look clean, he doesn’t look or present himself as an area manager, when he was taking my order I wasn’t treated as a customer. He also laughed in my face, also when I was in the line he was counting the money in pouches out in the open. This man is so rude to customers I know he will bring that store down, there is a girl there that is a general manager who is very disrespectful and she was acting as if that was her store and telling people there is rodents inside the store, the store was VERY messy and out of order. She walked out on us mid order a lobby full of customers started arguing on the phone they didn’t have boxes for the pizza she refused to take our orders a Spanish guy came out of the back to comfort me and was willing to help. There is a short girl with big black glasses who came from the back to check with me and see what was going on, she was trying to keep us all from getting angry while the general manager was arguing in the bathroom, when the GM finally came out of the bathroom she stayed on the phone she didn’t care about us at all. I find this store mismanaged by the area manager for having a GM like that, this store mismanaged and I feel sorry for the owners and they lost a customer.

If your planning to pickup any of Little Caesars products, ensure to allow about one hour for pickup as their "Hot n Ready" slogan is a joke! I have visited the establishment three times from April to August of this year and after placing my order, was told it would be fifteen minutes until pickup. I patiently waited about one hour while my Deep! Deep! Dish! pizza was prepared only to see other patrons of the establishment leave with the same pizza I had ordered. Staff seem to not be fully engaged in their work and take preference in serving some customers while neglecting others. From the front counter, the food preparation area seems disorganized and employees unfamiliar with their particular job duties. The floor in the main vestibule is absolutely filthy and all surfaces in the establishment feel unclean. I have always been pleased with the quality of Little Caesars products and feel you get substantial value on all menu items available. Next time, I will place my order ahead of my arrival to determine if that makes a difference in the pickup time. I feel 2-stars is appropriate because you will be pleased with the quality of the product but very disappointed in the service that puts that product in your hand. When I went to pick up pizza for my church the 2 morning managers was such a blessing.They help me bring pizza out to the car,They was on top of the order,I picked up the pizzas on time,and the doe was very fresh,behalf of the church and myself we thank you the 2 wonderful amazing morning managers at little ceasers on Kutztown rd.I love the the 2 morning managers at Kutztown Rd,Little Ceasers the place is very clean,the 2 managers there put lots of love into the pizzas and I noticed they are on top of orders,Truth I had ordered some pizza for my church and the doe was fresh,the pizza was very fresh and we picked it up with love,they even helped us carry the pizza out, we couldn't be more thankful for them,Our church loved the pizza 😀 ..I thank God for the 2 amazing managers there,who really work hard and no complaint,Good amazing characters.I couldn't ask for more than a blessed day,I speak for the church and ourselves who picked up the pizza thank you to the 2 managers that was there and helping us on top of everything.We thank you on behalf of the people in the church,Our church and our ownselves..well done.we appreciate you both very much.Hard working managers who put love into the place on...
